Terrible service.. I would never recommend her to anyone I know.
Gave her information in February and she filed our taxes in June and did not alert us that it was filed late.
We learned by the IRS in July that we incurred $1400 is fees. She was paid in full and did not try to resolve the issue. After reaching out to her she told us she wasn’t available until September. I’m very disappointed in the treatment.

We walked right in and were greeted with fast, friendly service. They had excellent coffee, and did our taxes in no time at all. Marlene Curtis is truly an expert! I would recommend Curtis over any other place in Flint. Conveniently located downtown in the same bldg as Chase bank.

Curtis Accounting & Tax Service was the perfect find for me. I was in over my head with my business taxes as well as my personal taxes and I was becoming overwhelmed with everything. I needed a professional so I googled the local tax services in the area and she popped up so i gave her a try given the reviews and the convenient downtown location. What a great decision that was! She not only got my affairs in order, but in a timely fashion is what caught me by surprise. Thanks again Marlena, I am a client forever now!

Well, once again, Marlena has proven that she is a force, with whom to reckon, in the tax industry.
