My Jeep Cherokee is having some issues with its transmission and it pretty much just stopped in the parking lot at my work. I had to have it towed to the dealership I bought it from to be serviced. The dealership referred me to Complete towing. There was a little scheduling mishap, however I just called them and told the guy that answered what was going on and he was very friendly, apologized to me and sent someone right away. No big deal and I understand, things happen. The tow truck was being operated by Jake, who was there in no time and was very friendly and clearly knew what he was doing. Gotta say, I was impressed how he maneuvered the trucks flatbed under my Jeep! Was cool to watch! Would definitely recommend this company to anyone! ??????

Jus the absolute WOSRT customer service, doesn’t answer direct questions then man on the phone plays god complex as if he couldn’t b mistaken on leaving information out. Nothing about the company was professional or respectful.

Was extremely helpful with questions friendly and understanding . Worked with us on a solution. Daughters car was pretty beat up beyond repairing due to costs and cars worth I have went to them in the past .. Fair and will help any way they are able too

60 bucks for a tow a little over a mile down the road is a little pricey I think, considering a few months back i had a tow from another company that was 60 dollars and went 14 miles. Non the less there response was quick and driver was nice.

Had a mini excavator loaded for me , had a few issues pop up and they very patient and nice while they waited ,got everything done for us and i recommend using them to anyone that needs towing. thanks , jt autobody

Had my car towed and a fairly new worker Brad#85 was on time, very professional, friendly, patient and eager to show his expertise. What a great and hard worker for sure. We need more Brads#85 in the workforce. Very Pleased!! Would’ve gave him Ten Stars if it allowed. Keep up the GREAT WORK:)

Don't bother calling. I was told it would be a half hour wait. I call an hour and half later to be told they are in route. Then 30 min later again to be told lea than 5 minutes away. Well I gave them 10 min then called and cancelled.Service: Car towing

I showed the owner picture proof (I took pictures at the scene) that his driver ruined a few of the things on my jeep and he said theirs nothing that he could do. And he wasn't sure if it was his driver. It is 100% obvious it was his driver.

this place has awful customer service........the receptionist is a complete racist idiot!!!i wouldnt recommend this company to pick up a pack of dogs from a funeral........utterly disgusting.........

A very close family member had an accident that was not their fault recently. They were driving a particular collector car that will be extremely hard to replace. My problem with this company was that the at fault persons vehicle(an average vehicle) was lifted onto the flatbed 1st & my family members car was, after 30 minutes of the tow trucks driver attempting to hook up car with the tow behind bar, finally attached. BUT WAITTHERE'S MORE....this special edition low to the ground car was rammed in the front bumber with that tow lift bar several times before he could get it low enough to fit under the car. During those attempts the bumber slowly moved downward from car &many pieces/parts from underneath the car started breaking free & falling out onto the road. Tow driver made at least 5 or 6 attempts to get car hooked up with tow bar & chains. Roughly 30 minutes. His opinion stated the car is totalled. Not his place & didnt mean he had the right to ruin it more out of carelessness & disrespect. If he was somewhat smart & had any common sense he would have put the car up on the flatbed & the other vehicle with plenty ground clearance, on the tow behind. So now this rude act of towing collector car raises up the front end making the rear end even closer to road as well as exhaust to be too close for any bumps, potholes, rr tracks etc.100% gonna scrape & drag as he heads to the tow yard. Im not a tow truck driver & I could see an easier, less hassle & less time solution. Altho there shouldn't have been this situation that created a problem for me to have had to write this to come up wirh a solution & complaint. Complete Towing is a large business & doing very well business with many tow trucks. Another truck could have been sent for car instead of what happened. But guaranteed 2 tow bills will be sent somewhere to collect for 2 tows for using 1 truck that abused something that wasn't his to decide.A picture is wortha thousand words!!The police sent for this tow, no choice was given. What's with that? Maybe tow company is hiring cuz they need a new driver & this business must pay well cuz they get all the police business...I'm guessin'.

My car was broken down .5 miles from Complete Towing. I called and they told me it would be 20 minutes - Perfect !! I waited 45 minutes before calling them back and was told the truck was rerouted to an accident. But it shouldn't be much longer. I waited another 45 minutes before I called back again asking if I had been forgotten. When she tried the call the truck, the driver didn't answer. So I had to cancel my pick up and had to call another tow service to come get me after wasting almost 2 hours sitting in a lovely part of Flint, waiting for a truck that was .5 miles away.

These people are STEALING from peoples pockets. I have asked to speak to owner about the fact they wrongfully charged me and never got to speak with him everybody just kept giving a bs explanation to the scam they’re trying to run on me.Service: Car towing
