I was excited to move to an independent pharmacy that seemed nice and professional. They had a RX in that I needed and have been unable to get at my Pharmacy. I spent the day getting transferred. After giving my insurance- I am assuming the owner came on and said we no longer have that medication, we gave to others that came in. I said but you knew I needed this and couldn’t have put it aside for a new customer??? Guess this Pharmacy is no different that a chained one! The only reason 2 stars, the girl answering and trying to get the rx transferred- was nice and she did her job well, otherwise this would have been a 1. I hope she gets paid well!

I have never used this pharmacy, but I had 2 prescriptions that were sent here by mistake. The pharmacist called me to verify my prescriptions were meant to go there as I saw an urgent care in my hometown and she noticed my address was not close to them. I verified correct pharmacy and she sent them over for me. Then called me back to let me know my pharmacy was closed and asked where else I'd like them to go in my area.Thanks to LaRonda for looking out, and going above and beyond!

They use to be fast but since the new owner has taken over that not the case for example my Dr office faxed a script over last night and my mom went pick up for me at 9am and when she got to window they told her 15 mins so she waited 15 went back to window they told her another 15 minutes so she waited then went back to window and they said 20 mins because the pharmacist has look at it and all it was it s script for antibiotics and needless to say she wasn't able to get my meds until 8 mins to 10 am so took them almost an hr me and my family of 6 are taking or scripts to a different pharmacy like brothers because they even deliver so they have lost 6 ppl who have been getting meds there since 2006

I use to love this pharmacy. This was my first pharmacy after moving to Michigan. Everyone use to be so kind and courteous but my goodness, they have really changed. The pharmacy technicians are so hateful. Their attitudes are so aggressive that it’s intimidating. It makes you not even want to deal with these people. They hate answering questions. Their patience is nonexistent and God forbid if you don’t understand something.
