DAN the MAN!!! I've banked with Chase over 30 years. I had a transaction that I thought was a regular ATM fee. I was unaware of a fee. Dan saw my account and was so kind to refund fee. Thank you so much! Made my weekend to have something nice happen in this economical climate that is usually so unforgiving.
