The place is open on Saturdays but it's often busy and I've had issues waiting for a Yourride with my mom. Plus one of the staff was completely rude to me about two years ago. It's great that it's downtown and that's pretty much the only reason I go to this chase

Extremely rude phone rep, I simply asked directions of how to get to the building and she responded "who is this" I said, I don't think it matters, she hung up. I have been a chase customer for over 6 years, I will never go back to this bank

Zero response to placing an ATM downtown that is accessible during closed hours. I've been a Chase customer since I was 12 but am moving my money due to poor customer service at this location.

I drove all the way over there but there was no place to park. Seems the parking spaces are provided for the other businesses. Lord knows I don't need a tow. I did however read that it's wheelchair accessible I guess if you don't need to park. I'm going elsewhere. It's just too much of an inconvenience.
