Disappointed! Used to love shopping here. When Burlington was in Genesse Mall, it was a mess, clothes and merchandise all over the floors, unorganized and shelves a mess!
Sadly, it's looks like that now, where it used to be organized and kept up. Not sure if the employees don't care, or if they are understaffed, or if they changed store managers, but VERY disappointed to see this store looking so bad...
I will be shopping at TJMax from now on.

They are knowingly selling damaged product. I took the sales tag off of a scalp remedy treatment from them and the bottom had a huge hole that they were covering with the price tag sticker. It is very deliberate and you can tell. 10/10 do not recommend. They are a SCAM. There was an older Caucasian lady( maybe manger or gm ) there, she was very rude to the staff. Overall, not friendly at registers kind of condescending, and knowingly selling damage product.
