Instead of the acp lowering my bill, it almost doubled it. Now i can't even pay my bill online, with the app, or with an agent. And im stuck with a useless phone. Too much nonsense for the cost.

I wanted 2 find a way to show your employee Jen that I apreciate her beyond measure for this morning. I had a bad experience with the last phone store i used and she went out of her way and beyond to help me with my phine. I m an older fella and hate technology but she took her time n showed me the ropes. Thank her again for me?

If I could I would give zero stars. I went in today to see about switching to boost and getting a new phone. Soon as I walked in the woman behind the counter had an attitude. Asked if they did phone trades and she told me no. Then she asked what kind of phone I had while calling her boss to check what they would say. I told her and she said her boss said I would have to pay $300 plus the trade in. I told her I wanted an iPhone 11. Well she had the nerve to say if you can find an iPhone 11 for $300 you let me know. By this time I was fed up with the attitude so I pulled it up on my phone and showed her like she told me to. Then she waved it away. So I left. I will not be going back
