I wanted 2 find a way to show your employee Jen that I apreciate her beyond measure for this morning. I had a bad experience with the last phone store i used and she went out of her way and beyond to help me with my phine. I m an older fella and hate technology but she took her time n showed me the ropes. Thank her again...
