Updated review. Switched from 5 stars to 3 stars. Nobody seems to want to help with buying a computer system, tv and microwave. I had to walk around the store to find someone to help us (for quite sometime). We bought the TV and microwave $500 then we purchased the computer system online for $1250). It seems like the employees gather in the front of the store and the employees that are supposed to help customers seems like they are trying to run from you with the exception of an employee LeBron (very knowledgeable). Also what ever happened to employees appearances? Gosh so many of them look like they don't care what they looked like or the scent of their bodies. First impressions. They represent Best Buy Flint. Yikes!

Wouldn't price match Amazon on a nightowl security system because Amazon wasn't selling it night owl was? 100 dollar price difference seems like a weird way to lose my business best buy.... 👌 👍

So I order a MacBook Pro 16 with M4 online, for online pickup. I ordered on the 19th and was told pickup would be ready on the 21st. The 21st rolled around and at 4pm, it still said processing and had no other updates. I tried calling the store but got some call center person instead. They proceeded to hang up on me after they greeted me and I asked if there as an update on my order. Weird but whatever. So I tired the chat/texting option. I was assured that it would 100% be ready for pickup on the 21st. So I went down to miller rd around 5 to meet friends for dinner. We stopped at best buy to see if there was any updates and talk to someone in person. They employee I talked to said “todays truck has not shown up and my best guess it might be here tomorrow”. Best Buy had zero issues taking my money and had zero issues promising me that my order would be ready on the 21st. Clearly there is zero communication at the store level upwards on ordering status. It would have been quicker to have it shipped at this point. I ended up ordering directly from Apple which is exactly what I should have done. It ended up being more money but at least I know I’ll get it now. I am truly surprised this location it Best Buy is even still open. There was hardly any other customers in the store. I will use Best Buy to look at something I might want to buy in person and then buy it from someone else. This is not the first time Best Buy has totally dropped the ball with an order for me.

We went to this Best Buy trying to buy a tv and was trying to find one we found online and thought we had found it. However, when we went to checkout they told us we must have moved the tag and accused us of trying to cheat the store. They wouldn’t help us find the one we were looking for until we went up front and asked them. They proceeded to talk about how they needed to be careful because people are trying to scam them out of their money. The women who we talked withs name was xxxxxx and she was the same one who accused us twice of moving the signs before finally trying to help us. We will not be coming back to this store we have had so many bad encounters with the staff it isn’t worth the convenience. We will be heading to the Brighton one from now on.

We went to customer service to get help in appliances. we waited for a sales person name Michael in appliances so we could buy kitchen appliances and he never showed up. We eventually left.

This is the 3 order i have pls e with Best Buy in 3 weeks they have messed my orders up every time! I order a Maytag Washer i paid in store the told me that i didn’t need new hoses if i already had some a long a the no messed up. I was told this my the employee in the store and the employee who deliver the washer. Today they delivered and refused to install my washer. Now they telling me i need to buy new ones cause they can hook up old ones off another washer! They knew that before the deliver the washer! So now i got a washer not installed and told o. we can come out 2 weeks later a hook it up! Best Buy Customer Service Is By FAR HORRIBLE I will never purchased anything else from this company and would tell friends a d family not to either!!!!!

It might as well be a warehouse at this point. No one greats you, when you try to talk to someone, they look at you funny like you're an inconvenience. Came to get my laptop. the only person to greet me was an awesome cashier.

BE WARNED-do not buy a Geek Squad protection plan! It is a complete waste of your money. My laptop screen broke and when I inquired about getting it fixed I was told it would have to be sent out for repair and would take 2 weeks to be returned. I asked if they would offer a substitute laptop for me to use in the mean time as that would be hardship on a 21st century human who uses their computer daily for work, school and life.
It was laughable when the person on the phone told me "no they didn't offer that but I could buy another laptop to use in the mean time."
I should have asked him how he would continue working if we took away his equipment for 2 weeks.
How they think that is an acceptable turn around time is outrageous!

Bought an $800 tv after a house fire. We kept it in the box for 7 months, protected, and waiting for the house to be finished. When we opened it up, the screen was broken. We tried to return it, with a receipt, and they refused. They said it was outside of the return window. Corporate even refused to resolve it. BB is known for having horrible return policies. Garbage.

Unfortunately, I cannot give less than one star, otherwise I would give a negative rating. The geek squad staff is completely unhelpful and caused more problems than they fixed. The staff was rude and disrespectful, they would not assist in finding the component needed, and after getting my laptop back from them, my devices that worked normally before will not work now and I cannot get them reconnected. If you're considering having the geek squad do technical work, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, they will screw up your equipment after not helping you along the way. And on top of all this, the geek squad manager was a disrespectful and argumentative ass when we were in the store.
** Follow up** Apparently when you try to call the store directly, you only get someone in a foreign country who cannot transfer your call to that local store. I refuse to drive to the store again and will go someone else to fix the problem. So, now I am left with a laptop that will not function correctly after the work they did and cannot reach a local real person to deal with the issue. YOU SUCK BEST BUY!
