I bought a piece of furniture that was supposed to be delivered. I called to see why the delivery was late, and whoever answered the telephone was defensive, rude, and argumentative. The person (delivery guy?) insisted that he had no idea what was going on with my purchase, and furthermore, had no reasonable solution for me, and complained that I called the number provided at a time that was inconvenient to him.... WHY IS THE DELIVERY GUY ANSWERING YOUR TELEPHONE? The "supervisor" came out later in the week to deliver. It was obvious from his demeanor that he was aware of my concerns, but, again, had no intention of addressing it. If you want to buy something from these guys, do yourself a favor and bring a truck.

I found these guys while I was searching online for used goods. They had a product I had been looking for everywhere. From the first time I reached out to them, until my final transaction, they were so helpful. The item I wanted had other parties interested and they were great about letting me know that but not pushy about needing to buy it. After deciding to buy it, they not only were appreciative, but they also gave me assurance that they were glad they helped me find what I needed. Due to my location, I needed to have it shipped to me. They were great about providing me with options and the information I needed to provide to the company I eventually used. In preparation of the ship date pickup, they wrapped and strapped my item very securely to ensure no harm would be done. They even sent me pictures! When the time for pickup came there was conflict with the delivery company, but they stayed after the pickup time to make sure my item shipped on the correct day and called me to inform me the item had been picked up. Online transactions like this can be tricky but I felt completely at ease through the entire process.

i come here often there’s rlly nice furniture here with good deals! they have rlly cool mirrors (my favorite) and a variety of different miscellaneous items i’d recommend coming here the ppl working here so rlly nice too

Staff members are great, tons of stuff packed into the building and new stuff arriving daily. $5 will buy you a grocery bag that you can stuff full, great for the smalls. If you have never been here before, I highly recommend you check it out.
