Robin Cowell is my hair stylist. Love her! She cut my daughter-in-law's hair just like she wanted it. She also gave one of my granddaughters her first haircut! She spent a lot of time with her, asking her about how much she wanted cut and let her feel like she was in charge (she's 4). Absolutely NO TEARS OR SQUIGGLING! A very positive experience for her first haircut!
