Eric and Josh were both really nice. I had lots of questions about several items we were interested in. Didn't make me feel like they didn't have time for me. Ended up buying 2 pieces for my daughter for xmas and her birthday! She loved them and they were both in stock!! Would definitely recommend Eric at the Lapeer rd outlet store and Josh in the linden rd store.?

I have now purchased furniture with Josh at the Ashley Store twice now. Each time he was amazing! Very friendly and knowledgeable of the products he sells. I will definitely be back for future purchases.

Steve and the staff were extremely courteous and helpful. They even went so far as to help us make a much needed change to our sectional after we discovered the day after we ordered it that it wouldn’t fit in the original configuration we purchased. I highly recommend this store - great selection and very professional!

Sales person was terrible. Not helpful at all. Said end table was not in stock. Told him I called the burton store and was told it was. He finally searched for it and found it. Then wanted to charge me $50 for assembly for the matching coffee table i ordered. I told him the burton store told me $35. I wanted to walk out the store because of him but didn’t because I wanted to take the end table with me. He was not helpful or very nice at all.

Came in to the store once to window shop , and a second time to follow up on a listing we saw online, and Izzy waited on my girlfriend & I both times. The store was clean and he was an utter gentleman, he truly welcomed & looked after us and all our needs. I couldn’t be happier with his service! Ask for Izzy!
