I had to have the tailgate replaced on my Silverado pickup truck. Drove in to the dealership one week to show them, got a call in a few days to tell me the new tailgate was painted and ready to install, so I pulled into the dealership and as I was enjoying my free cup of coffee I saw the body shop manager pulling my pickup truck up to show me the new tailgate installed. Perfect paint match. I paid and I was on my way in minutes. Thanks Applegate !!!

I had a great experience. I was shown the vehicles I had interest in, and I was allowed to explore my options without hassle or pressure. My salesperson Chris explained to me the detail of the transaction at every stage and I felt confident that I understood before moving on. I am not only satisfied with the vehicle I purchased but also that the pricing was fair and in fact more favorable than many of the dealerships near where I live. So I would recommend this dealership and when I need a car in the future I would return to this dealership as well.

Worst service ever, took my truck in for repairs. 900 dollars later truck wouldn't start still. The mechanic tried to sell me on a motor in which it did not need. Took it another shop and 20 minutes later truck started and with no engine issues. Applegate needs better mechanics and service advisors won't recommend anyone stopping here for anything.

Terrible service department. Doesn't let you know they don't have any techs to diagnosis your vehicle. They're using contractors. I've been waiting over a week just to get a diagnosis, and went to get the car back, for another dealership, they disconnected stuff, and no tech onsite to fix. I can't pick up my vehicle now. Worst company to get service from, avoid this place.

My husband and I had a fantastic experience purchasing our 2023 chevy malibu through Derek at the dealership last year. He was helpful with financing and getting everything taken care of. We've never had an issue with our oil changes. However, my engine light came on in my car two weeks ago, so I called and made an appointment for Wednesday last week. It is now Monday the following week and they have not even looked at my car yet, no diagnostics and no loaner available. I have two little ones and have had to cancel appointments for this past week because my car was in the shop, not to mention we leave for vacation next week and no updates on when my car may be able to be looked at. I can understand being backed up and busy but the lack of communication is unacceptable. We also tried to call to get information over the last week and no one ever answers the phone. We even went back to Derek, our salesman to try and get someone to help us and nothing was still done. We have never been rude or disrespectful in the past 5 days but its been 5 days and it's been sitting there for no reason and with no idea whats going on with our car. If you were backed up, you should let a customer know so they can find elsewhere to go.
We picked up our car today and went to Al serra, who had openings tomorrow but we dropped off the car early today and they are already starting to look at it. Sadly, we won't be back again.
