Can’t say enough how great this facility is.After coming from a vet that tried toextremely racketeer us in over a grand of fees. We ended up coming here for our kitty who hadn’t eaten in days and was very sick. The exam and medication were only 95. They did blood testing, prescribed us the correct medication. And now two weeks later our kitty has fully recovered and is healthy! These people are very passionate about helping animals and am very thankful for them.

My Dog Shayna was pooping out blood and a very small ball found in that stool. We took her to the vet there he prescribed a strong antibiotic and rice with chicken diet and cool fresh water. She started to eat again and drink we thought she was dying in a week or so she strived playful and running. I couldn’t thank the vet enough for saving my Shayna!!

Warning: do not take your animals here. My cat was so healthy & happy, took her to get fixed & she was different. She started acting funny. Stopped eating & drinking. Wouldn't move, couldn't even stand up. My cat never meows, last night she started meowing but it wasn't a normal meow. At 10:30 last night 11/24/23 she died horribly in my arms in front of my kids. So traumatizing to witness this. My cat tried to fight it but she lost. & now my cat is dead because of them. We are so heartbroken.

This place did not treat my kitten well at all. She had a eye infection was given the wrong medicine n she only got worse and now she has to have eye surgery to remove her eye. I would not recommend going here.

Horrible. Been going here for years...This USED to be a great place to take your animals, kind, trustworthy, caring. NOW, not so much. My paperwork says they did stuff that isn't even done to my cats!? (Ear tipping) makes you wonder if anything else is actually done ? Seems like they just went down the line checking stuff off ??♀️ This place has gone way down hill. Not to mention the staff has no idea what is going on with anything and (I can't speak for all but the one who helped me check my cats in) was rude and accused me of being a liar because she didn't check her emails since Friday.

Wow, highly recommend this place, first time there and will be back for sure. We discovered this place since we couldn't take our dog to the vet during the weekday cause of work. This place was perfect, affordable and everyone was very nice! The Veterinarian was so nice that our dog didn't even register she was checking her, didn't rise her anxiety, very knowledgeable and didn't rush us out. ?

I had a great experience here for my first time doing wellness care. Arrived shortly after they opened and there was already a line of people waiting so I was slightly concerned about wait time. From the time I arrived to the time I left, I was only there an hour total. Camille our tech was wonderful. Dr. Kelsey Hikade was very patient and kind! Melissa, the woman who checked me out was also very kind. We do have a regular vet but they were booked out several weeks so it was very convenient for us to do vaccinations here, and extremely affordable.Luke says thank you! ?

Do NOT take your dogs to All About Animals Rescue in Flint. EVER.Yesterday I brought my dog in for her procedure that the humane society i got her from was covering still since she had a medically necessary reason to not do it back in July when expected. I arrived at the rescue at 7:30, thinking people would be there preparing for the day. I was told to go back to my car and not come back in till 8–which was fine with me until I went in at 8AM and they were not even ready to check dogs in or have the paperwork ready for us. It took me 20 minutes to check my dog in and 10 more minutes for them to come get her. They also had 30+ cats in crates being picked up at the exact same time they are checking all these dogs in. It was a literal zoo. The person I was checking in with had my dogs paperwork from the humane society, and told me I owed them $120. I said “the heck I do”, after already being irritated by their check in process, how unorganized and chaotic it was. She did not even look over her paperwork to see that she was from the humane society and being covered. She simply looked after I said that and realized she made a mistake by not looking and says “oh I see that here now”. After waiting for them to come get her, they finally did and the girl who was getting my dog had NO clue what she was doing. She had to be told step by step how to take my dog from my care, which was making my dog anxious. I left around 8:30ish and when I wanted an update on her around 1-2 pm to see how she was, I was calling for over an HOUR because every time I dialed, it would drop or go to the busy tone. When I finally got through, it went to voicemail and I was SO upset I wasn’t able to get ahold of anyone about MY dog I left in their care. When they returned my call, they said “oh she’s been done, but we didn’t know you were picking her up today”. WHAT!!?!?! The girl that had originally checked me in wrote on my file “owner drop off and pick up -Amanda Cummings” with my phone number, I even saw the note on the copy they gave me, so HOW did we assume that the humane society shuttle was picking her up the next day?!?! I picked my dog up and when another woman and I asked what pain injection lasts 3 days that they gave them…the girl could not answer us. She had ZERO clue. As I’m checking out, They tell me my dog is in heat. I said HOW is that possible she just got over it about 4-6 weeks ago and that’s not “mathing” correctly, and again, this woman had zero idea how to answer me and recommended I call my vet…when I’m at a CLINIC already!!! Ever think about asking someone else to speak with me?! The ENTIRE thing was completely unsettling because when they realized she was in heat, they continued the surgery without contacting me knowing there was RISK of her BLEEEDING OUT during surgery & AFTER, if god forbid something happens to the incision! I called my vet last night telling them all this and when I missed their return call because of something else I was dealing with, they texted me all the info from my vet. And I was 100% correct to feel weird about what they told me. Even my own vet has no clue how she would be in heat already again and I have to call them again this morning to discuss what’s next for this. I do not trust that clinic in the slightest bit. Some of us consider our dogs our children & a clinic having their phone off the hook or busy for over an hour & not able to answer my questions that are concerning, is completely unacceptable.I noticed they have like 4.5/5 stars on most places and I am completely bewildered by that considering every other dog owner there with me yesterday was STUNNED at the zero system process they had. ZERO out of TEN stars. I’m angry I even had to give them ONE.

It was low cost I will give it that , but they take like 3 hours to even see a vet. And they NEVER answer their phone. I needed my dogs shot records for a new vet since I just moved, and they hung up on me and my new vet everytime. Like come on. Now I have to wait 3 weeks to get my dog in again for shots. And I still need my dogs records for the upcoming appointment!!

Honestly getting really irritated nobody ever answers the phone or returns call backs. And then I can’t even leave a voice message because all the mail boxes are full? Like what are y’all actually doing up here because it obviously ain’t working. Do better.
