When u call u on hold for long time and it lady don't know her name but I do recognize her voice she is very rude and they don't like working with yes times are hard there times depend when or day u get paid u might be late if customer been with u for long time u should work and help them out if it wasn't for customer u wouldn't have a job

I've been working with Al Bourdeau insurance for 12 years. Recently called for a change and my agent Kevin W went over and above reviewing all my coverage. Ended up saving me a ton of money on my home and auto insurance. Definitely recommend them!

ATTN: SEAN LOVJOY ? ☆☆☆☆
This 1 star is specifically for you. From a client's perspective you need to retake that customer service course.
I am just wanting this noted; Aside from him, we absolutely LOVE being with Al Bourdeau. We have been partnered with this company for many years as well as referring all of our family and friends here. They are always taking care of us, as well as always checking to make sure we have the best rates. The YEARS that our family have been with you guys has been just absolutely superb. So it was definitely to our surprise when my mother called us to inform us about her most recent conversation with one of your employees...... Sean Lovjoy, your EXTREMELY poor customer service and lack of being able to converse and listen like a decent human being, in the moment, made me question referring anyone to Al Bourdeau. However, they make it absolutely effortless to simply ask for anyone BUT you since all the notes are in the computer and anyone else can be our agent, so it's not like anyone is stuck, if you have a bad experience, just call back and ask to speak to someone else. My hope is maybe if I bring your behavior to the attention of your boss, you can be handled. I would just absolutely hate for someone who doesn't know this company to experience your customer service and choose to not be with Al Bourdeau because of that poor first impression... So here we go, my brother and husband work a nationwide job, 3rd shift. We have everything noted that our mother can make decisions regarding our property's as though it is her own. Our very own personal assistant if you will. Simply because we are so busy and the time difference makes it difficult to actually speak to anyone during regular Michigan business hours. Obviously we can not take all of our vehicles and property with us, so our mother makes the calls and takes care of everything that we need her to. Last month she called to change one account but due to the specific vehicle it was explained that she would have to talk to the bank. So now that we are back to work, she was changing only the daily driver (the jeep) not the truck. Sean Lovjoy, did not even listen to what she was wanting done, cut her off saying she can't do what she wasn't even asking to have done. When she was trying to clarify what she actually was trying to accomplish he kept talking over her and telling her that she doesn't have the permissions etc.... while she was trying to explain that in the notes it is in there that she does have permission, he spoke to her as though she was wrong, like she should not be doing what she's doing and trying to explain to her that she is not capable of doing what she has done for us multiple times in the past... he spoke overpoweringly, very arrogantly, disrespectfully, degradingly, and down right belittled our mother slowing his words down dehumanizing her, ended the call by hanging up on her. Then wrote my brother an email questioning if he knew that she was trying to change both vehicles (which was NOT what she was saying) and even admitted in the email that he does see a note giving her permission, yet argued with her about not having permission. The audacity to question someone who gave permission about the person they gave permission to..
.... are you serious? Does it honestly make you feel more like a man to speak to and treat an elderly (but very capable) woman that way? If you had a bad day, you leave it at the door when you go to work! If you have a problem with our mother, let it go and do your job professionally! In fact don't! Leave, find a new job. This is definitely not it for you!
As for anyone reading this, if you're with AL Bourdeau, you are making the right choice. When you go in or call, simply ask to speak to anyone BUT Sean if you actually want to accomplish what you're calling about.
If you are management reading this, please address this man accordingly and call my mom to apologize.
