Awesome old school type vib's very helpful employees i like the propane station they always fill your tank ,, it actually lasts not like the gas station tanks that last a month ? . They have a nice selection of bolts nuts screws paint screen repair highly recommend stopping in they have power tools and ?

I went in looking for liquid iron for my lawn. I wasn't sure of my options and was seeking guidance from a professional.
Me: "I'm looking for liquid iron for my lawn. Can you help me?"
Counter Guy: "Huh. If I have it, it's probably in Aisle 2."
I spent five minutes searching with no help. Meanwhile, two other customers, who were greeted by name ("Good morning, Willie"), received assistance. I gave up.
Me: Leaving, past the counter where the guy hadn't moved an inch.
Counter Guy: "Did you find what you needed?"
Me: "I don't know, and nobody was around to help me."
My point? I can be ignored equally and spend far less money at Home Depot. That's unfortunate. ACE in Grand Blanc took the time and my $50.

Was going to buy a bunch of stuff, but my cell phone wasn’t working. I asked to use the telephone to call 989 number in Michigan. They would not let me use the phone.

Great local hardware store. This store is now a Gilroys instead of Ace, but still has the same helpful friendly crew ready to get you all set up for your next project. Since becoming Gilroys they have really added a lot of new items and inventory packing the store, but no don't have to run as far to get missing parts, and you get a coupon for $5 off of a single item next time around evrytime you check out.

Honestly thought this was Gilroys lol but doesn't matter they had everything I needed when ALL the other stores I stopped at thinking they would didn't. Go there first!
