Very easy to get started, did it all at home on the computer. Great person on the phone, sorry, I forgot her name! I did have to sweep out the container but I'm kind of fussy!! Price was excellent!

We needed a storage unit on rather short notice. We called them and they had an opening and we were able to move in right away. The unit was clean and spacious for its size. Billing monthly was smoothness, and I always received prompt help when needed.

I give a 5 to the local office staff in Holly Michigan but a 3 to new company that bought it. I loved getting the little extra off for being a veteran. Now that was deleted. The main office out of state when accepting calls doesn't even show me in their system even though i have had this unit since February 2020.
