Went to in for scheduled appointment and was sent to back building for the repairs. Communication was not so great between the two buildings because when I pulled up to back building it put me right in front off the bay doors where I sat for nearly an hour before being acknowledged. Was early and they weren't busy but was ignored while other customers were being serviced. Maybe they had appts before me, but to be walked by 3times without being acknowledged until the 4th pass. When asked what I was there for I was told they thought I was there for some one else? Mind you I was parked in front of the service bay doors, blocking vehicles from coming or going.

I've been coming to this ABC location since I had my first vehicle when I was 18, I'm 27 now and they never fail me. They do great work and are great people. Highly recommend ??

I had a coolant leak that they repaired by replacing a water outlet which led to my water pump breaking causing smoke which i found out is a common chain reaction break that can happen with my car (Chevy Sonic) and other small chevy cars like mine, so took it back in today and got my water pump replaced even got a new serpentine belt i was told to get done a year ago, had to spend more then i thought i was for the repair but hey that's life, i enjoyed talking to the employee that was working today i didn't get his name but he's an older gentlemen with facial hair thanks for the lift to and from

Have you ever had a doctor that was great so everyone went to them making it take longer to get appointments? It's like that, but for your car. They have always been straightforward with me, fixed the things that need fixing, and, most refreshingly, didn't try to tack on unnecessary repairs. I'll keep coming here regardless of the wait time.

We brought a vehicle here to repair a leak on a brand new crate motor. ABC was fantastic. They diagnosed the leak, worked with the manufacturer warranty process, communicated with us frequently, dealt with tough emotions on our end, and made the repairs quickly.
