Worst pharmacy I’ve ever experienced. Literally every single time my doc sends in my 1 prescription, it’s like pulling teeth to actually get it within a week of him sending in the Rx. Twice they claimed to have never received the Rx. Then when you call, you’ll be greeted with someone talking 100 mph saying “Walgreens pharmacy, can you hold” then they put you right on hold without giving you 1 millisecond to speak. That, and/or you’ll be on hold for upwards of 5-10 minutes, just to finally hear someone pick up the phone, and instantly hang it up on you. 3 times this happened today alone.
The staff treats you like you’re only there to bother them, they all look angry, I’m never greeted with a smile, just a monotone “can I help you” followed by a blank stare
I’m in the process of leaving this pharmacy, and all Walgreens pharmacies at that. I have 0 compassion for this staff, even if they’re understaffed and busy, don’t treat people like garbage. Many people just put up with it, I do not.

My new favorite pharmacy. After trying to get the COVID xbb booster at rite aid for one week and having my blue cross payment turned down, Walgreen took care of me immediately. The staff was pleasant and the store was super clean. Thank you walgreen, rite aid you are fired

!@!@!@!@! AVOID !@!@!@!@ THIS location if you have legit pain prescriptions!!!!!!!!They did everything but fingerprint and put me in a jail cell. They even documented my file so I can't go to any Walgreens. Plus my insurance uses Walgreens... I'm waiting for a cancer diagnosis and have legit prescriptions.These [expletive] pharmacy even reported my Oncologist.Why you might ask? Strike 1: two prescriptions for pain meds (have cancer pain!!!)Strike 2: filling prescription near where I workStrike 3: prescription is too close to prior prescription- just filled a small one to see if they worked and now have a regular prescription.They hassled me, and my oncologist. Thank you for stopping me from feeling better and feeling like a drug addict.

Do not use this pharmacy. Many Walgreens are good, this one is definitely not. The pharmacist is terrible! She has no idea what she is doing, she thinks she is your Dr. And will hold up your script with a total disregard for your time. Plus when they claim your script is ready....we'll it's not but if you wait 20 min maybe it will be...totally unprofessional and I hope that someone reads this and can fire her for the way things are run there!

That black hair trailer trash looking manager that closes rude as hell and doesn't need to be working there. This is why Walgreens is terrible. All you guys do is hire because you need people but not qualified and good quality people.

Staff in the pharmacy are rude lost my medication all have attitude problems and give me nothing but issues when it comes to filling my prescriptions definitely taking my business else where after today

Won't use walgreens again, have to wait 20 minutes everytime and told I have to come back everytime because it not ready or "they never received the script".

I have tried to give this pharmacy the benefit of the doubt as I know things are difficult during COVID, and the staff was typically very polite. However, today will finally be the last time I use this location. For the record, I have been getting my ADD medication with Walgreens for almost 10 years now, and never had an issue until moving to this location. I have had to go days unmedicated for one reason or another 6 of the 9 times I attempted to get my medication through this location. It is very hard on the body to be forced to cold turkey quit these types of stimulants for a few days. However, what finally forced me to leave is that my fiancee had oral surgery today, and I went to pick up her medication for the pain. I was told that it would take a bit to be filled, so I had no problem waiting. When it was done, they told me that I could not have them without her driver's license (while she is in pain at home). They did not mention that as I was waiting. Even worse is they were going on their meal break right after, so my fiancee would have had to wait even longer for a script that was called in that day for a procedure she already had. The fact is I lost trust that this pharmacy can provide the necessary services that you need in a pharmacy. If you are on medications that you cannot miss, they cannot provide that. If you try to call, you will talk to a robot. If you try to use their site or app... It is always down or limiting connections because of high traffic. This pharmacy is in a convenient location, but that's the only thing that is convenient.

This is the worst most unreliable pharmacy ever. Pharmacist acts if she is your doctor and hassles you about everything. Not her job to question who wrote my prescription or why. She isn't a doctor! Hate this place. Should be closed. Staff at pharmacy rude And incompetent.

Absolutely hands down worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to. I’ve had so many issues with Walgreens in the past couple years but this last couple months has been horrible. I’ve had prescriptions that I’ve had to have my dr call in multiple times because for some reason Walgreens “never received them.” The drive thru takes at least 30 mins to get through every time no matter what. As well as inside one time I waited a whole hour to be helped inside. Recently I went to fill my prescription the same one I’ve been taking for 2 years and filling there for 2 years. I was informed that they couldn’t bill my insurance for it and that I had an issue with my insurance. After spending days and many hours on the phone with the insurance company there was absolutely nothing wrong with it. So I tried calling the store 4-5 times in a 3 hour period I never got an answer. Later that night I went up there to resolve the issue. I showed my insurance cards and was told they don’t take my insurance. Since when? The whole time I was there the phone was ringing, 4 people working and not one of them even attempted to answer the phone. I simply just said ok I’ll have it transferred and left. Next day I had it switched to cvs and it was filled in a hour. I will never use walgreens again.

I put of getting my vaccination for along time due to being nervous about needles and side effects...First and Most important, Mrs. Iman who gave me my shot, was so sweet, fast, and I did not feel a thing! Plus you get 5$ coupon when done. Zero side effects. Dr. Iman I give her a 10 for her vaccination skills!
