I was in dire need of a new phone when I went into the Flat Rock Verizon store. Not only did I get a new phone I got a new tablet! Thomas was a huge help and I greatly appreciate all the help he was able to give me while I was there!

Ian H was an absolute delight. He addressed every inquiry with intellect and delight. Ian was great at small talk, super agile and friendly as well! I switched lines to be with my partner on his plan, we both got upgraded phones and everything was taken care of within an hour. Ian even took the time to put on my screen cover for me. Everything was also broken down in laymen’s terms for me. I really appreciate good service like this and will be returning with the highest of hopes to be taken care of by Ian H again.
