TWICE now my packages have been left on the porch of the apartment building. Were anyone can grab them. Why wasn't it put in the big mail box connected to all the other mail boxes. That's what it is for. Now the gifts that I bought are gone and I have to get a refund or reorder and send it to a relatives address. Because it gets left for the public were I live!!!!!!!!

I love the Flat Rock Post Office! The employees are always friendly and go over and above with customer service. Christina was kind and very efficient in assisting us with passport applications! 5 stars to this postal office!!

On Monday 5/13 I dropped off 4 packages to the front office over the counter with prepaid labels and for some reason they decided one of them didn’t need to be scanned and now looks like it was never dropped off. DO NOT TRUST THIS ESTABLISHMENT WITH YOUR PACKAGES they’re definitely not following the rules of how they are supposed to handle parcels received by paying customers! They need to be INVESTIGATED FOR THEFT

The mailman has been delivering packages requiring a signature, including mail that must be signed by the one who placed the order. These packages are just showing up without the recipient's REQUIRED SIGNATURE! USPS should not be a MONOPOLY!! :(

Just had a great experience at this post office. The woman was friendly (I'm sorry I didn't catch her name), and mailing my package was quick and easy. This is now my go-to post office.

I give 5 stars to the desk clerk & 0 to the ‘manager’.The manager is the incredibly rude & unprofessional. The ‘manager’ proceeded to shame the desk clerk for helping me find a lithium battery safe box & taping it before sending. I was unaware I even needed a lithium safe box. She did not have to say anything & i wouldn’t have known any better.He then proceeded to school me on ‘Reading the sign in the corner of the room on the wall’ stating customers need to prepare their packages themselves & essentially customers are not ask any questions.The worst was him shaming & humiliating the desk clerk in front of of other customers.Rude, mean & unprofessional!!!

The girl that delivered my packages in my area delivered two of them, then proceeded to walk back to the truck with my third package before I could come down stairs to collect all three of them, grabbed her keys, unlocked the building to go inside, took the two packages inside, then proceeded to go back to her truck and mark the third package "not accessible to deliver" so now I have to wait until the next delivery date for it to be delivered even though she just delivered two other packages less than 5 minutes prior.. for real?

By far the rudes post office I ever been in . The women at the front desk are rude, disrespectful an very very unhelpful. I would strongly recommen NOONE ever use that post office.

Absolutely the kindest clerks and the best customer service! Hardly ever a wait time...in & out. Both of my kids are serving in the United States Army & mailing anything to them from this post office is so easy(even sending mail to my son currently stationed in South Korea.)Thank u Michelle, Julie, Christina and Shelly!

I will say, this is one busy post office! There's always at least two customers, and more, coming in and out the doors at all times. Never have to wait more than 10 minutes...max.
