I LOVE this Place & The Workers!!!!!
I don’t go to any other pool stores.
For 3 maybe 4 years Now!
Very helpful & knowledgeable..
My Pool stays Picture Perfect, Krystal Clear n Balanced!!!
I test my water there every 7-10 days $0.00
Just to double check my Dip Test Strips and Most of the time I don’t have to buy nothing , I have it at home IF I need to adjust the water. They are NOT pushy trying to get you to buy things you don’t need like other places do!!
I loved their Monroe Location too.
I have learned alot from the workers there on keeping my water balanced and How the chemicals work!!
I am a dedicated Customer for GOOD-REASONS ? ? ?♀️ ?

I haven’t been here yet however based on the reviews and a recommendation, I plan on becoming a new customer. My pool water treatment skills are a little rough.

Annette and the others there went above and beyond to help me!!! They did not make me feel stupid (like the staff at pool town did). They listened and took the time to make sure that I had what I needed and knew what to do. I was a confused, frustrated, and overwhelmed mess when I walked in-but I was feeling like it was gonna be OK by the time I left-all thanks to Annette and her crew!

I love this place! I won’t go anywhere else. I have an old pool that I’m trying to keep going a little longer. I couldn’t find a liner anywhere and no one wants to install a liner in an above ground pool. Chris figured out what type of pool I have and got me a new liner and they brought it right to my house. Annette bent over backward to get me the right filters and is so friendly and helpful with everything. They even found someone to install it for me. I’m happy to drive from Monroe to Flat Rock for this kind of service! Thanks!

We’ve been a loyal costumer with Sunny’s Pools and More since we moved to the area 5 years ago. All staff are knowledgeable and friendly, especially Annette who has helped me on MANY occasions. I started with no knowledge of how to take care of our in ground pool to being almost self sufficient. Their in house water testing is a pool saver, literally. I always recommended Sunny’s Pools and More to any friends with a pool or spa. Thank you!

Knowledgeable like a small town Mom and Pops hardware store clerk about their products. The only place around that had the gaskets we needed in stock, a real life saver!!

Can't thank this store enough for helping me every step of the way!
