From the time I spoke with Durand Watkins, our moving agent from Imlach, on the phone he put my mind COMPLETELY at ease and just 'took control' my stress levels went from a 10 to a 1!! His follow up calls ensuring moving dates, prices, and all the info we needed were extremely helpful. The followup calls from Shauna and Keri were extremely thoughtful and showed the concern this company has for its customers and excellence of service!We used Imlach movers in 2009 when we moved from Michigan to Colorado in the dead of winter and snow storms, used them to come Back to Michigan in 2018 (Durand was our agent then also), and when we decided to move from Upper Michigan to Phoenix, during the heat of the hottest summer on record, the Imlach team got our belongings there safe and sound! THREE TIMES using them have been an excellent experience. They care about their customers and the excellence of service is outstanding.Now a word about the driver and his team he hired in Michigan, then again in Phoenix. John Brown! He's the MAN!! He kept in touch by phone calls and let us know the status of pick up and delivery. He and his team had us packed up and then unpacked and NOT ONE SINGLE THING WAS BROKEN!! They were extremely courteous and fast!! Also i would like to mention the pricing was very reasonable for the move(s) also.
