Greatest experience at a dealer I’ve ever had. Steve, Faisal, and Saleem were a pleasure to deal with and got me into my SL55 AMG same day despite some hassle on my banks behalf. Definitely recommend these guys and will most likely return to do business in the future!

I would give more stars if there was an option for vehicle sales. My husband and I found a 2002 Ford F350 for sale at this dealership online. Arrived at the location and begin looking at the truck. There was no pressure when looking at the truck or feeling like someone was over your shoulder which allowed us to take our time. The owner is completely transparent about all of the vehicles including the truck. I would absolutely recommend this dealership to my friends, family or strangers. We ended up making the purchase and do not regret it.

I bought a 2017 Hyundai Elantra in July of 23 from the Jackson store (Al)great guy highly recommended. But it needed some exhaust work because of a bad O2 sensor, good thing I got a 2 year warranty that would be repaired at the Flat Rock site. Fast forward took it in September of 23 and the repairs had been made. Left the dealership check engine light came back on..no big deal maybe the car needs to work itself out im not a mechanic. 4/29/24 I scheduled another warranty repair was told "bring it in a we'll take a look at it again" Excellent! Today 5/1/24 I take it in and was told "they don't do warranty work and they don't do exhaust work"...but you repaired it before? Even after I told him the car reeks of exhaust and was told to bring it in by him. I was then told that the car I TRADED in has engine issues. You're the mechanic that appraised it my guy. Not a straight foward business man. Ohh if I was willing to pay for the repairs he would fix it. Why its really hard to support small local businesses. 0⭐️

I needed some paint touched up on my car and Rite On Auto was recommended to me with high praise from another member of the automotive maintenance community. Steve was quick, kind, helpful, and extremely generous with a keen eye for detail. He got the right color match and even took care of spots I hadn't noticed! It was a huge relief and a great experience!

Great experience here! The process of getting my Xterra fixed here was quick and fairly priced, and I was reassured they'd take of me. Very friendly staff, and cool cars around too! We've had a few vehicles taken care of here at Rite On, and we'll definitely be bringing business back whenever the time arises, you should too!

Just bought a Used car from Rite on in Ecorse A couple of weeks ago, i started hearing a noise in the back passenger side so Nicole called me and sent me here to have them check it out. It was the caliper These guys took care of it for me no charge when they didn't have to. Buying a used car has been a little bit of a scary adventure for me I'm just happy I found Rite on because they have helped me so much throughout this process And helped make things a lot less stressful. I just want to say thank you guys again ?

I quite literally don't take my vehicles anywhere but here for service, and wouldn't hesitate to buy a car from the team here.The team here is kind, and courteous, and they're real problem solvers, be your problem finding yourself another car, or finding the problem with your car.From the moment you step in the door, you can tell the guys here are actually car people, and not just here for a job. If you're a car person, it's a big plus to have your car or truck serviced by other automotive enthusiasts. Highly recommended.

Buyer Beware: Misleading Sale at Rite On Auto SalesMy experience with Rite On Auto Sales, particularly with a salesperson named Adel, has been regrettable and costly. I purchased a 1996 Ford Ranger, which I was assured was in reliable condition and ready for use. Sadly, this assurance was far from the truth. Within a month of the purchase, the truck developed severe mechanical issues, including a burst line that led to overheating. To make matters worse, I discovered that cylinder 3 is not firing, a fact that was conveniently omitted at the point of sale. But the issues don't end there. The odometer is inoperative, and it has become clear that the truck has significantly more miles on it than was advertised. This is not only misleading but also calls into question the legality of the sale, as accurate mileage is a fundamental aspect of a vehicle's description. This lack of transparency and the subsequent discovery of the truck's true condition has left me with a vehicle that requires extensive and unexpected repairs. It's disheartening to encounter such blatant disregard for honesty in a transaction. For those considering a purchase from Rite On Auto Sales, I urge you to proceed with the utmost caution. Insist on thorough inspections, verify all claims, and consider the potential for undisclosed issues. It's crucial that dealerships operate with integrity, and unfortunately, my experience has been one of disappointment and frustration with the quality and truthfulness of this establishment.

Would not do a business with this place if it was the last car lot on Earth 3 days of excuses only to be pawned off on a different vehicle that I did not want when I question it I'm told don't talk to me that way are you for real sir I am a customer just not one of yours.... Really wish I could give this man negative Stars...
