Had to switch from Rite Aid pharmacy to Walgreens. Too much hassle! Took me 5 days to get my mom’s script!
Will be switching mom’s scripts over to Meijer just as I had to do.

I was told I could pick up a script on Thursday (today). I got there and was told I had to wait until Friday (tomorrow) because it is a controlled med and I have to wait a full 30 days between pick ups. The last time it was filled was July 3rd, and it was started ON July 3rd so the last pill was used today (Thursday). The soonest I can get to the pharmacy on Friday to refill is 4:30pm and this is a morning, extended release medicine so Fridays dose will have to be skipped, which isn't safe! I tried having a civil conversation with the rude pharmacist who kept repeating that he is following policy. What kind of ridiculous policy says you have to run out before refilling, even if it means skipping a day because you can get there first thing in the morning???? This pharmacy certainly doesn't care about the well being of their customers. If I could give zero stars I would!!! Also, having me drive there on Thursday just to tell me someone made a mistake and they can't fill it until Friday is not cool because I don't live close and gas is not cheap!!! Rude people!

The staff at this pharmacy are unfriendly, rude and don't do anything to help. I do not recommend going here. I tried to give them a zero, however Google wouldn't allow it.

Staff is efficient and kind. Have to get alot of meds ordered because of shortages but they usually come in within a day or two.

Their Pharmacy was not busy. There was no one in line, no one waiting. I walked up to the register to get a flu shot. Was told it is buy appointment only! No where was that posted! Terrible service!

They don't even deserve one star. After the THIRD time they gave my doctor's office the wrong information I transferred everything to a different pharmacy. The staff is anything but, friendly and not the smartest.

I’ve filled my prescription at this store for months with no issue. I went to pick up my refill this week and the pharmacist refused to fill my script saying the dosage is too high and I shouldn’t be on it. I’ve now had to go four days without my medicine and no other pharmacy has it in stock! Worst experience ever.

The best you could ask for, they care about you and make sure you get your perscriptions as soon as u need them and when they say a certain time they mean it! And they give you the best price possible!

Absolute trash and also rude people. I’ve been told four separate times now that my prescription will be ready in 30 minutes it and hour just for to show up and they say they don’t even have the medication so like why would you ever tell me it’ll be ready.
