9 bottle return machines and only 2 function. You need to put more effort into making the bottle return operate correctly. Nothing more frustrating than bringing bottles in then having to return them back to the car because bins are full.

Another great shopping spree completed with a list of checked off items. Happy to shop here staff is helpful and friendly. Thank you to all workers. Food selection is always fresh. We like Boars Head meats. They did not have it. We got the Deitz& Watson brand which is still good. Clean as always and antibacterial wipes for the carts.

Without fail, Poor customer service. especially at the Deli counter. normally I deal with it but today the lady was so rude that I only purchased one item, even though I needed much more.

Sometimes it is OK and other times its horrible. Lately it has been horrible. Lots and Lots of holes on the shelves, very rude associates, terrible check-outs, Meat counter at times has a very unpleasant odor, salad area is very skimpy. And my pet peeve, items that are on shelves that do not belong in that area, I understand it is the shoppers who pick up somethin gin one aisle and then deposit it in another aisle, that is a clientele problem for sure, but it is the stores responsibility to clean up after the very rude and extremely lazy shoppers who can't put back items where they got them. At times that stores shelves looks like a flea market

Very disappointed in customer service. I'm a business owner and if I ran my company like this Flat Rock Meijer I would be out of business. Today I was buying groceries and was told "Next time don't use the self checkout lanes because your over 12 items". I wouldn't have to use the self checkout if Meijer's would open more checkout lanes. I can't wait for lanes longer then a Cedar Point ride. I could have just left my cart full and left it for the employees to take care of but I didn't, shame on me for checking out my groceries. Since this store opened August 14, 2016 they have only had 3 checkout lanes even though Christmas. I'm sorry I inconvenienced this Meijer employee by having to enter a 6 digit code to unlock my self check out register to allow me to pay for my groceries. I called customer service and Denise wasn't helpful, she basically told me that your business isn't needed. I'll start shopping at Kroger or BJ's they have fast friendly service.

When you plan your shopping experience at the flat rock Meijer make sure to add an extra hour into your shopping experience if you plan to get anything at the deli counter. I spent a half an hour waiting to get some lunchmeat. In the precut selection there was quite a few packages that were missed labeled so I had to wait. Just to check out took another half hour. If you do not know how to use the self check out line please do not use the self check out line. I know Meijer has no control who uses these line but please use some common sense if you have a hard time using technology waiting items and keeping your stuff on the scale please use another line. With that Meijer check out employees or one of the slowest people I have ever seen. I understand it's hard to find employees and with that high quality employees but come on I don't want to have a conversation with somebody after waiting a half hour to check out with three items.
