Brought clothes right after family funeral, Avery was very kind & helpful. He even looked through discounts so I could take advantage of a reduced price. Avery is a college student that understands the importance of customer service not something you find nowadays. Very good job. There is 1 lady however, I think she's been there quite some time, who was a bit brash with the trainee and bordered on rude when addressing me. Not the best customer service on her part. I've never experienced that at this location before so hopefully she was just having a bad day.

(Updated review). I returned a white shirt because I wasn’t satisfied with the quality of the cleaning around the collar area. My shirt was redone and I am very pleased with the result!

Only deserves 2 stars based on the lady working wasn't very friendly and they will not contact you if you forget to pick something up you dropped off.

I took in a dress shirt and dress slacks just to be pressed at 2 p.m. They're open till 6pm & was told that they just shut off all their machines and can't do anything. I thought she was joking. I will never use this place. They should close if machines are off & they can't even press something...

I am going to start by saying that I do not write reviews. I just do not go back and use or eat at that place, so with that being said, here is what happened.On Sunday Dec. 4, 2022, my 30-year-old son passed away of heart complications. On Monday we had ten thousand things to do. By the time We found his suit it was still in the dry-cleaning bag. I laid it over the back of the chair, I noticed that the shirt should be pressed. I was in no state to do it. So, we jumped in the car and ran the suit up to the One-hour Martinizing in Flat Rock just to get the shirt pressed, that is all that we asked them to do. Letting them know That it was the suit to bury my son in and that we needed it the next day by 12pm. There were three people working at that time two ladies and one man. They told us they could not do it. But we could stop by tomorrow and ask the manager. But they did not think she could do it, and the man said to me you have stains on the suit. I think by that time I may have been crying I do not recall. So, we asked if there were any cleaners around that would be able to help us, and the man said there is one in Monroe, but you do not want to drive there. We took my son's suit back to the car and looked for the cleaners in Monroe. The one the man told me that I did not want to use It is Carriage Cleaners in Monroe Michigan we called then and thorough my crying I let the lady on the phone know what was going on. She said bring it down and we will do our best to it. they cleaned the suit and removed the stains that I had not seen till he made a point to point them out to me. Then they had the suit ready by 10am for us to take with us and the cost of this was at no charge. Martinizing cleaners in Flat Rock Michigan. might do a decent job at cleaning I will never know because I will never step foot in this place again. This place has no care or passion for its patrons. At one of the dark's points in my life this place was not willing to just press a shirt that is all I was asking for I would have paid any price to just have that shirt pressed.Service: Ironing

Dropped off my dry cleaning on Monday, was told to pick it up on Friday after 3pm showed up at 4 PM. When I arrived at the store I was told it was not ready I asked for my stuff so I can leave I needed it they told me they sent it out to be dry cleaned I expressed my unhappiness with them spoke to the supposed owner who was an arrogant disrespectful and rude. I will gladly never do business with them again. I was one of five people who was told their stuff Was not ready and needed to come back. Save yourself the headache and hassle and go to a different dry cleaning company who takes customer service seriously.

I would like to say that the manager of the flat rock one hour Martinizing, Michelle, went above and beyond what I would ever expect to clean my tuxedo shirt! It had been a while and it needed cleaning very badly, she cleaned it twice and worked very diligently and hard to get it to look halfway decent so I could go to a funeral service this evening! Thank you so much!

Horrible service they have a death lady who doesn’t know what she’s doing will get mad at you because she doesn’t & be very rude disrespectful on top of wasting your time will tell you just to take your stuff & leave when you been coming here longer then she’s be employed
