Zach and company have now worked on 5 of my vehicles and have always been fast, friendly, fair, and knowledgeable. Zach will explain what needs to be done, when it makes sense to spend a little extra, and even when it makes sense to spend less, including when one of my vehicles wasn’t worth fixing. I won’t take my vehicles anywhere else. They treat you like family.

My friend recommended Fellows and Co LLC Auto Repair on Telegraph in Flatrock, so I decided to give them a try. I walked in, hoping to get my truck serviced that same day since I was leaving town the next day. The service I received was exceptional—the best I’ve ever experienced at an auto repair shop. Lisa and the entire team were incredibly friendly and helpful. They even offered me a ride home while my truck was being repaired, and it was fully fixed within just a few hours. Thanks to them, I was able to stick to my travel plans. A big thank you to Lisa and the whole crew!

Zack and his team looked at my car because it was making a clicking sound . He then called me and told me what was wrong with my car. He has done previous work on my car and has always been honest with me his work ethics is 100 percent !! He and him team always take care of me. He goes above and beyond. His prices are cheaper then other mechanics shop!! I can't say enough good things about this shop!! If you need your car taken care go to them!! Thank you Zack and Chris for helping me!!

When I was out and about Saturday the muffler decided it was done. I called and asked if they could help and they were able to get it stable enough for me to get home then put a new one on today. Super friendly and my boyfriend and I both felt the price was very fair. We will definitely use them for any car care needs in the future!!

1000% recommend! Long story short, our battery and alternator died on our vehicle and I went out on a limb to a mechanic that I had no prior knowledge of, or experience working with. The owner Zach literally communicated with me every step of the way. He didn’t haggle me, he didn’t talk to me like I was a dummy, and I didn’t leave his shop feeling ripped off or taken advantage of. He is total professional who knows how to run a business and takes care of his customers. His prices were beyond fair and I’m grateful that I stumbled across his shop to fix our vehicle.
Thank you again, Zach and everybody involved from the front desk to the back of the shop. You’ve got a customer in us from here on out!

Do not be fooled by this guy! He is a horrible business man! Does not treat customers right!... please keep reading!! I brought my car to Zach to get a tune up last june... it not only took all day to complete after dropping it off at 9am! But after paying my bill over 600 dollars !!! I get in and start it and it will barely keep running!!!!! I go back in to tell Zach and he comes out hooks up the computer and says my engine is bad!!! Take it to ford!!! On top of this! I am givin an estimate for over 2,000 in future repair work!!! Note! Had Zach test drove the car he would have known it was not running correctly!!! Keep reading this is all 1000 percent true!!!! Now it's after 6pm on a Friday as I was called to pick it up at 542pm! Fords service is closed and all I can do it drop it off there and wait for them to open!!! I'm so distraught by the bill , being told the engine is bad and the future repairs needed I am a disaster!!! Ford service at crest ford is not able to look at it until monday.. they call me Monday afternoon and tell me!!! Wait for it!!! The coil Zach replaced in cyclinder 4 was not seated properly! They corrected Zachs mess and it ran great!!!! Wait there is more! The estimate for over 2000? With out telling crest what that estimate said I asked for them to go through my car and lmk what else needs to be replaced or fixed... guess what!!! Thier estimate was for 500 bucks.. shocks and a few other things in that area! No where close to 2000!!!!! And that is from a Ford dealer!!!! Zach alone was out to rake me over the coals financially for repairs I didn't need and told me my engine was bad!! Do not be fooled by him! You will be sorry if you trust him!! I promise you!!!!!!
To your response!!! Nope I wasn't happy with a partial refund and was only givin that because I had to pay ford 750.00 for the same work zach did! Not another tech!!! Zach! And he would not even listen to me .. talked over me ! And refused to help me in anyway until I brought him the parts from Ford to get my partial refund of the 600 I spent with zach and then another 750 for the same work at ford! I have all the proof!!! And could keep going and might even add pics to this post!! He should be in prison!! For all he has done to customers!

I went to Fellows to get a inspection on a vehicle I was thinking about buying. They were friendly and knowledgeable. Zach is great! If you need someone trustworthy and dependable I recommend Fellows.
