“One of the bigger Ollie's in the area.Super nice employees have no problem stashing the last of a remaining product behind the registers until you get there. Other Ollie's act like you are asking for their first-born.A lot of rugs at this location compared to others.4/24: At the moment they have a ton of Hart 20v power tools and probably 500 large ceramic pots.Recommended”

The wide aisles are super helpful since I use mobility aids.I always look forward to my trip to Ollie's...even though I can't spend my only source of income due to regulations, but that's on corporate and the government, not this store.Definitely recommend, but always remember to treat retail staff as good as you possibly can. Retail is hell and a kind customer makes a world of difference. ”

“Last year, I had a bad experience here and vowed never to shop at this location again. Due to my hectic schedule today, I made the exception, and I'm glad I did.Quickly picked up my items and proceeded to check out. There was an issue with the register, but Jeanette was extremely patient in getting the issue resolved.There was a manager who came up to assist, and I appreciate it because he was extremely busy in the furniture department but also took his time to help me, and it was greatly appreciated. The manager and the man at the register was very nice and helpful.. there was an issue with the cash register. Could not fix it. They hurried up and open another line. “Love this Dollar Tree. It always clean and well lit, and they have a ton of cute seasonal stuff and crafts. I also like the addition of the coolers on top of dry goods. It gets busy in there, but the staff hustles to get shoppers in and out.”

“Every time I shop here, people are so friendly and so willing to help! They must realize as I do that kindness is free! It don't cost a thing to be nice to people! You never know what someone's going through in their lives, and just a friendly smile or a "how is your day today" goes a long ways!! And you get that here at Five Below in Monroe Michigan. Especially Tracy and Koby they are just wonderful! Kobe is a young person with the most beautiful smile and his kindness just radiates from him! Tracy is the same way, she is always willing to help and offer a smile, I never come in here without her warm greeting & big smile. That's why I prefer to come here over Hobby Lobby or Walmart any day!They may not have as much as the big companies for crafting, but they sure have personality and I'll take that any day! Thank you, Kobe and Tracy, your kindness and friendliness does not go unnoticed and because of you both, I had a better night tonight then it started out!”

“I was there two weeks ago after I couldn't find what I needed at another large chain retailer. The store manager there was so helpful and sweet and made sure I had everything I needed before I left. Great store. Conveniently located two blocks from house. Low prices too! Highly recommend this one, the Southgate store, and the one in Flat Rock.”

“Richard for DG District Management. Unreal how awesome he is with cops he anyone the most rarest of rare in life you'll ever meet. Just full of love from a color spectrum of blind innocence who deserves the upper management more pay. It stinks in Rockwood it is nice to walk in somewhere and someones able no matter how pissed you are just laugh at his sill az. These are the things I will remember of this place when I move. DG the go to get a band aid or quick spuds for a dinner. Five stars deserves Ten”

“Tia & Marcel always make the trip worth it. They are so kind, funny, and helpful to customers. The store may have a long line, be so many customers are going here now instead of family dollar….. due to their poor service! DG hours of operation are convenient, and their Apple Pay always works (unlike some stores in the area like family dollar). They also offer a wide variety of items”

I can’t remember her name, beautiful girl with a southern accent, short beautiful black hair, This woman brightens my day every single time I see her! She is kind, she is always working hard, but most importantly unlike the other employees she treats every single person who walks through the door with respect and greets them with a smile and a how ya doin…I have come into the store and been treated so awful by other employees and even the management, 90% of the time they are too busy to come to the register it is more important for them to talk about their pets in their home wife inside the office, but not this girl! I personally think she should be running that store. To the Corporate office, If you guys are actually smart enough to read these reviews you need to pay attention to this employee because she is amazing and you guys will be fools to lose her!”
