I have a 2022 Bronco windows rattle said they are that way. Wiper doesn't go down on intermediate took it in twice never fixed. Try to work it out all excuses Said Bronco's are knows for that my friend has one no rattles one

I recently moved to Flat Rock and needed and oil change. i am kinda spoiled bc the Quick Lane business where I preciously lived was right around the corner. When I drove past Crest Ford which happens to be just down the street from my new place I was pleased and I decided to try them. When I arrived and went in the Quick Lane Service door there were 5 cars in front of me and I frankly wasn't going to wait two hours for an oil change. The young man behind the counter did me the courtesy of calling me as soon as those cars were done and I zipped ip there b4 he hung up the phone. They did a great job, love The Works Package, and I have found a new place that I can get my car work done.

Unfortunately I did not have a positive experience at Crest Ford. I went in for a oil change, after it was completed the gentleman informed me that my shocks were bad. I let him know that the shocks were only four months old. He then proceeded to be rude to me and continued to tell me that they were bad. I took the vehicle back to where I had the shocks changed they put the vehicle on the hoist and showed them to me. The shocks are fine! Needless to say I will not be going back to Crest Ford!

Just a warning. Crest Ford "quick oil change service" is anything but quick. They told me three hours or more, again. Fourth time with this problem. Went to a local fast oil change place after calling Crest Ford and left at 11 a.m. home at 11:30. Same oil. Unless you want to read a book for three hours don't waste your time.

This is for the Service CenterI had to use this service center for the second time. This place is the worst. Seems like no one listens to anything you say. June 30, 20211) Dropped my vehicle off in the morning (an appointment was made for this work) to get the AC fixed and a recall issue fixed. Was told it would be completed by the end of the day so I figured it would be a two day process so I took a personal day off of work. Five days later they still have my F150 because their machine to charge the AC broke. I had to miss a weeks worth of work (unpaid) because of it. They wanted to keep it over the Fourth of July weekend to attend to it the following Tuesday. They had no back up plan on how to overcome a broken tool until I had to suggest I could just get a can and charge my AC from a auto parts store. So disappointed in the service here. I told them numerous times I needed my vehicle back. This $1200 fix cost me $3000 with lost wages included. Every time I told them I would need to get the vehicle they would tell me they will hold it until Tuesday. Never have I had such horrible service experience with a Ford Dealer. July 21, 20212) Had to drop it off again because of the recall work. They needed to readjust the door lock. Simple fix. They even told me it would be a simple fix but could not get to it until the next day(I dropped it off late). I was ok with that and asked if it would be ok to pick it up next Thursday because I would be out of town and if I could get the oil changed. They told me no problem they could do that for me and would hold it till I got back. I am thinking no one make note of that. I received several calls Thursday July 22, two calls on Friday July 23, and a couple more on that Monday stating my vehicle was ready to be picked up. After answering the first two calls on Thursday and one on Friday telling them I could not pick the truck up until Thursday I stopped answering the phone. Does no one listen to their customers anymore. I will not be using this service center again. I know it is a drive but I will be sending my vehicle to Bill Brown Ford in Livonia for all service work in the future. On ya and another thing Creat Ford, update you online info mainly your operating hours. It stated the service dept was open at 5am so there I was waiting outside at 7:25am waiting for the service center to open at 8am.

If you come to Crest Ford in Flat Rock, go see Ken for used cars. He was great; 100% professional, knowledgeable and it was a pleasure going there and finding the car I'm ecstatic with!TLDR; go see Ken, he'll hook you up for sure.
