“Valecia is excellent in customer service and very patient. I came in to get a cashier's check and I forgot to tell the customer service rep I needed the remitter to be in my sons name. Valencia patiently assisted the customer service rep to print the check exactly how I wanted it. I worked in banking for years and I know how frustrating it can be at times but she didn't make me feel like it was a burden to change the check for me. The customer service rep also was kind and apologized for not confirming how I wanted the check although it was not his fault. He was kind and thanked me for coming in.”
“I prefer this Kroger over the one closest to my house! The variety is vast. The prices are always low. There are usually a handful of cashiers on duty- which I avoid going through the self check out to save our human employees!”

I arrived at the bank 15 min before closing and was assisted immediately by Jeremy. Not only did he resolve my inquiry, but he took the time to explain everything and did not rush us. Truly amazing. Happy I chose this bank and I am certain this will be my go-to branch for any issues/requests.”

“This has always been the favorite Kroger location to me. Everything is always well stocked and neat, and the store is clean ... but most of all, it's the people working there that always make my visit worth it. Always love to see Shane (best at keeping those shelves reliably full and always a smile!!), Bree, Kyle, Grace, Terry, and miss Madison so much! What a great team!”
