I deposited a check on Saturday through bank teller. On Monday I was unable to access any of the deposit nor would they return my check. I was also told I would possibly not be able to access my money until Friday. I cannot even close my account because they're holding my check and money hostage. Worst customer service ever just as icing.

The worst banking experience I have ever had to deal with. The app is by far the worst at misleading information I have ever seen by such a huge corporation!! I don’t ever leave much my account because this bank will take your money and won’t help you get it back. It’s no wonder why they are so big I alone have paid insane amounts of fees for overdrafts even when I put cash in right away to cover the charges. Just this weekend had a checkCome thru from December 1st, so immediately ran cash down to cover the charge and then theNext day get hit again with an overdraft charge. Will attach photos of whole process!! I literally just got the overdraft notice in my email right after posting this today.
