The president of Vintage King is dishonest and unscrupulous. I sent him a pair of preamps which he claimed arrived DOA with a fried transformer and quoted me a $600 repair cost. When the preamps were later examined by a tech at another company it was found that the transformers were absolutely fine and there was a simple issue with the power LED not lighting up, which took under 30 seconds to diagnose and fix. I will not trust this company with any of my gear going forward.

I was a VK fan before I was a VK customer, by proxy of the studios I’ve worked for, and have had an absolutely world-class experience with every interaction over the last decade. They continually earn my business - Joe and Josh are true stars - and I actually hope for musical successes so that I can continue to nurture the relationship with more gear. A lot of my room came from VK and it’s a place I feel is incredibly supportive of making great music, and I feel supported in the event that anything needs repair or replacing. A true five-star company.

Ordered a compressor super excited (DBC-20), they flagged my order as I was shipping it to my girlfriends house that’s ok but was really hard to get someone on the phone. Then he told me it was a special order item with no idea when they would have it. Dude on the phone was chill but to the point of not caring and almost encouraged me to cancel the order.Cancelled order, one and only time I’ll try to order from vintage king, wasn’t a good experience.

Up front my sales rep has been great to work with. However it’s after the sale when the real service takes place. Vintage King has an amazing employee that cares about the company and it’s ethos for the customer. My Amphion power died with only three months of warranty left on it. Kristen Gielecki Jumped into action and followed up with the manufacturer to make sure the repair is done and in a timely fashion. Kristen Gielecki Is definitely the reason I will continue to spend money with Vintage King in the future.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced with purchasing music gear. I paid full amount for a special-order product that was said to be out of stock on their end in September. I also understood previously that they have been having issues with this manufacturer with an inability to get direct timely answers through their means of contact. I didn't think this would be a big problem. I thought wrong. Two months later and only a few follow-up emails by Vintage King saying they could not get in touch with the manufacturer, I decided to find the contact details for the manufacturer myself because I felt I had nothing to lose here considering there was nothing to show for what I paid for in full during this long wait period. Through the manufacturer (and it surprisingly wasn't that extremely difficult to get in touch with someone), I found out that the product was likely not in stock, never will be, and likely discontinued. However, due to model name variations, they asked me to check what Vintage King ordered on their end. I called Vintage King and I hoped they would square this away with the manufacturer because 1. As I said before, Vintage King previously claimed they had issues getting timely (and if any) answers from the manufacturer, and given I was able to get in touch with them, the manufacturer POC I had could remedy this communication problem. 2. Vintage King held all my money for two months with only few updates claiming they couldn't get in touch with the manufacturer. When I brought this to the customer service rep, he said something along the lines of "we just can't put other customers in front of the line when they got a problem." Uhhhh, excuse me? You took my money for these past two months, can't seem to do a direct contact to my manufacturer POC while say there are communication issues between the two of you and you had me basically do your job to find an update and try to work out getting what I paid for? I put in a cancellation of the order today since no one could provide me with a proper update. About an hour later, and lo and behold, I get an email from one of the reps and they claimed they magically got in touch with the manufacturer (after two months!) and they said this was discontinued and a refund will be issued.

Good company my sale guy Eric Brody was good at handling a irate problem and the overall company did good Fed ex ruined my product and Vintage king fix the problem and speedy attended to customer even if you irate they fix it Thxs Vintage king you a customer for life I’m glad I got a vintage king credit card

Ordered a pair of BareFoot Footprint 01 one week ago. As soon as I noticed that only one of the two boxes were picked up by the courier, I contacted the customer service, expecting a prompt action. The reply was "the courier picked up both boxes, it looks like a glitch in the system". Guess what? Today I received ONLY one speaker, the other one is still in "Shipment info sent to FedEx". It is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE that after having paid 4500$, getting this kind of service. So please, steer away from these people and buy your sound equipment elsewhere.

Won’t use again. Sent me a different item then what was ordered and wouldn’t make it right. Tried to convince me I had ordered what they sent and when I sent them the screen shots of what I had ordered they stopped responding. On top of it I ordered well before Christmas and was sent a shipping email only to receive another notice that they didn’t even have it in stock and it didn’t arrive till a week after Christmas. $600 on a Christmas present that was wrong and didn’t even arrive when it was supposed to.
