STAY AWAY! Deceptive sales tactics. Sold me a service (5g internet) and it’s not even available in my area. They also tell me there’s no cancellation fees. I tried to use the terribly slow internet for 5 months. After becoming fed up with all the buffering and connectivity issues. I wanted to cancel. Now they tell me I have to pay a device fee of $310. Utterly ridiculous. Who does business like this.

All of the store staff are knowledgeable, attentive and professionally pleasant. REALLY GREAT EXPERIENCE WITH THE 3 STAFF I interacted with. THANKS GUYS!

I had some issues with my phone. Walked into this store and Peter helped me out my god. He hit me with those big blue eyes and I was mesmerized anything he told me I believed what a helpful gentleman.

Avoid these guys. They are not a corporate store. They are a dealer for Verizon.
I got a slimy used salesmen vibe from them.
It took them 3 hours to port 4 phone number and they made a few mistakes along the way to make it take longer.
Just go to coorporate Verizon store.

I recently walked out of 2 other Verizon stores very dissatisfied. I decided to go to the Ferndale location and Mohammed was very helpful and knowledgeable. I was impressed with how patient and understanding he was with all of my questions. I ended up getting 2 new phones and I would highly recommend Mohammed to anyone for any phone needs. He is definitely an asset to Verizon. Peter was also helpful in confirming how to setup auto pay. I will be returning to this location myself in the future.

Great little shop. As an Authorized Reseller, couldn't charge to my Verizon account and paid cash but other than that, good service, fast, in and out in less than 10 minutes

They customer service is leaps and bounds ahead of any other Verizon store I’ve ever been to. Skip the wait and uneducated service elsewhere and go to this store. Ask for Michael or Peter ?

They had a great sale going on. And unfortunately I did not get not a deal that was promised with my package. When I got my first bill. It was a totally different price. I called for the head manager at the store, and he was supposed to get back with me. (I couldn't go under a store cause I currently had Influenza A) And I have a compromised immune system from having a kidney transplant. So I knew my doctors would not let me out of the house for weeks.I never got a response back, I tried to get help but no one cared to call me back, If you decide to go to a store don't..... do it online. They give way better pricing. And they give you a breakdown of what you pay in and you don't get surprised by your bill. Especially if you're on a fixed income.But that's not a problem. Because I believe in karma and with the amount of run around I got.I'm gonna make sure I let everyone know of the business that they conduct there.And I will also file a case with corporate as well. Buyer beware
