This place is a joke. I needed a tire replacement due to obvious wear from bad alignment. I told them about the issue and wanted a estimate on correcting this problem. I was told there wasn't a problem with the alignment and they sold me new tires. The new tires only lasted for a few months until the metal was showing and was very dangerous to drive. Do not trust these ppl. When I took my car back into them they wouldn't do anything to correct the situation and didn't care they told me everything was fine when it wasn't and put my life in danger. They call themselves specialist and they do this? After all this they didn't make things right and gave me a quote that was much more than bell tire. Don't do business with tire outlet

Be on your best behavior walking into this place. Calvin has the temperament of a stray cat. He is capable of going from zero to 100 in six seconds. I came in for a simple tire repair and they couldn’t find the leak. Never took the tire off the car and, instead, filled it with air and sent me on my way. No dashboard reset, no tire repair and no pressure checks on other tires. When I came back to point out there was no reset, I was yelled at and insulted as if he meant to say…don't ever come back here. That’s for sure.

I've been going here for a few years now. I usually have my van service a couple times a year. The services excellent. Marcus always tries to get my van in as soon as possible. Not only will he tell me what needs to be done to make my vehicle safe, he also tells me of potential problems that I should be looking out for. He will also leave notes on your receipt of things that they found that might be a problem later on down the line.

I had my car towed here after close for a flat tire. I called at 8 am and they were able to get my car back on the road at 9:30 the same day. The service was excellent, staff were very friendly and the prices were good too. The waiting room was clean and provided coffee and water with nice chairs. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing tire replacements!

Kudos to Marcus and team for a quick, reasonably priced tire repair. The waiting room is staffed with water, cable TV and plush chairs. High fives all around for the type of service everyone wants and deserves. Also pointed out that another tire was worn through. Thank you for not making me go through having to find out the hard way!
