Great Venue, took my daughters to a show. Clean, friendly, safe environment!

I'm a local, and I really want to support this venue, but after two shows (Billy Talent and Red Jumpsuit Apparatus) were unbearably hot (to the point where artists were complaining and guests were sweating as if it were a sauna) I'm not sure I'll ever see a show here again. There is little to no circulation in this venue and like other reviews have said, it is extremely dangerous heat wise during sold out shows. If I remember correctly The Loving Touch is owned by the same people as The WAB, so them not caring about anything but profits honestly shouldn't surprise me. I'm not going to pay $30-50 to be miserable.

What a fun venue. Transforms it from a bar to a music venue so local bands have a place to play

I have been to a couple shows here by now and I honestly love this venue! I definitely prefer concerts at smaller venues and this place is about as small you can get while still having room to move. I usually park on the residential street behind the venue because by the time I arrive, the surrounding parking lots are all full. This works out in my favor though because I have not had to pay for parking. You enter through the back where they check your ID and scan your ticket. They have a nice little seating area with benches towards the back and a decent sized area for a "pit" where you would watch the show. All of their drinks seem fairly priced for a music venue. I paid $8 for a Bell's Oberon Eclipse. It does get SUPER hot in there, especially if you are in the mix closer to the stage. I feel like the music sounds pretty good here and I usually leave feeling super pleased with my experience.

Clean amenities with charming decor. The friendliest freaking staff. Everyone from the bartenders to the door guy were incredibly courteous and kind. Definitely recommend watching your favorite musicians here.

Went here to see Mae. Intimate venue, plenty of standing room but also a seating area up front and some stadium seating along the walls.Acoustics were great. I was a little surprised they did not have Captain Morgan but they did have Sailor Jerry. Drinks were strong. Bar was fast, restrooms weren't bad.

I went to see Protest the Hero - and while I understand it was Sold Out, there was no excuse for how hot it was in there. I have been in pits in the middle of summer that were more bearable. Every band complained at how hot it was, and people were in full Halloween costumes on top of it. I asked several staff members and bar tenders to crank up the ac, turn on the oscillating fans above the dance floor or to at least open doors, it was only 43° outside. I was met with eye rolls and told no to opening the doors. I'm Type 1 Diabetic, that level of temperature is dangerous and we had to leave early. It was also a horrible set up, bottle necking into a single walk way, I have never felt more unsafe at a venue, if anything had happened we all would've been trapped and trampled. I will never go back to this venue.

The show I was at was incredibly cold to the point where the guitars were going out of tune and the artists on stage were even cold. Judging by other reviews, however, it seems crowded shows are super hot. I would assume this means they just have absolutely no control over the HVAC system at this venue. It has the potential to be a small intimate dingy venue where you can reminisce about being a teenager and going to old venues, but if they don’t fix their climate control, is really just inhospitable for both the audience and the artists.

went to a concert here. they left all the doors closed with no air circulating whatsoever. i literally passed out momentarily even after alerting staff it was too hot and that i needed to go out of the closest door near the stage because i couldn't breathe. they made me walk all the way to the front even though i could barely continue to stand. i feel awful for the artists dancing and singing under all of those lights. i know they were hotter than us. even they said the temperature was an unsafe level and they were concerned for the crowds safety. just sad. i wouldn't be surprised if others passed out too. people literally left before the main act out of safety concerns. they need to do better. i will not be returning for another concert since safety isn't a concern here??

Dangerously hot in venue. Even the artist, Brakence, complained about it.
