Do not go to Chrisante here! He can’t do hair properly, and will damage your hair. Go spend your hard worked money else where. Only reason he is getting these “good” reviews because they practically beg you to give it before you leave the salon. But soon as you leave your hair will fall apart within days.. he’s a scam and Not worth it Do not go to him!

While during research on perfect platinum pixies, which is a specialty services, I found the best salon, and stylist! I enjoyed the great music, she even offered me tea and other goodies during my early morning appointment. I was given hair care tips, and take home products. I even received a cute prescription card with at home instructions. Stephanie went above and beyond with her outstanding skills. I literally cried tears of joy! The salon is clean and beautiful my experience was great. Thanks so much for my cut and color therapy!!!!

My mom and I came to this salon to get a big chop and was serviced by chrisante overall the experience was amazing! Very upscale , luxury and the owner is super nice ! 10/10 recommend also we purchased the gorgeously hair and skin butter and body scrub and the product is amazing and great quality! One of the best salons I’ve ever been to!

I have to give my honest review. Giving at least two stars because the salon was clean, safe, and peaceful. Chrisante the stylist, he was definitely NOT worth his price. He doesn’t care for your hair needs, only for his pockets needs. Spent thousands for a Style that didn’t last a week. Completely fell apart and he wanted me to spend even more money to fix the issue that he created. Used outdated and old, dirty hair tools. Also seemed to not know much about after care. He chose a style that did not fit my hair needs even after a long consultation. He also didn’t care to fix it or offer a different style after expressing concern. I would pay thousands for a stylist who I can trust with my hair and cater to my hair needs, and get my money worth! Yes money is important but keeping clients is MORE important, because long term you get way more money down the line. I think the owner Stephanie is awesome, and most of these great reviews are because of her. Chrisante seems to be bringing her business down though, he needs to up his game or leave.

DO NOT GO TO THIS BUSINESS!!! Horrible customer service and horrible results with my hair. I went here to get extensions and they didn’t even last A SINGLE DAY! What a complete waste of money, and they left me in a terrible position because I had to go to a wedding (the whole reason I was willing to pay to get them in the first place) and they couldn't even work it into their schedule to fix their mistake before my big event! How am I supposed to stand up in front of a bunch of people at a formal event with half an extension weft hanging off my head?!?! What a complete and total nightmare. And this is after the same thing had happened the previous day too…the very same weft came detached the evening of the day it had been installed, I called the next day and the salon couldn't get me in that day to fix it, so i came in the next day. Then THE VERY SAME WEFT came off again that night (the night before my event), so I called to let them know as soon as they opened the next day (the day off my event) and they said they couldn't give me an appointment time because they were too busy. I told them I had a formal wedding to go to, and they didn't care. Then, when I kindly and respectfully brought it to their attention that good customer service to find some kind of solution for me since it was their mistake, they tried to blame me, even though I hadn't washed or brushed my hair yet, and even though it was the same segment that came undone twice in 48 hours (its completely illogical to think it was anything I was doing when I wasn't having trouble with any of the other segments. If the same segment keeps popping off, obviously there's something wrong with how that particular segment was installed. especially when I hadn't even touched that segment in any way. The whole point of getting extensions installed is that you're supposed to be able to go about your day without things like sitting and reading causing them to fall out.) Thankfully, I found a different salon that could fix it before the wedding, and after calling Living Room Hair Lounge to kindly and respectfully give them one more chance to do something to fix the situation themselves, I headed to the new salon. (BTW, they were so appalled that Living Room Hair Lounge wouldn't fix their own mistake and at the work they did on my hair when they saw it, that they didn't even charge me to fix it, and no surprise, their fix job is holding beautifully instead of coming loose an hour after being reattached, unlike Living Room Hair Lounge's spontaneously combustable original and fix jobs.) The salon that was willing to work me in to fix someone else's mistake now has my business for life, not only because of the nightmare that Living Room Hair Lounge put me through, but also because the other extensions that Living Room Hair Lounge put in that are actually staying in and not popping off were placed so high on my head that its visible to see where they're attached, and nobody wants to look like they have extensions in; the whole point is to look like it's your own natural hair. Also, even though I told them I was uncomfortable with them taking video of me, they did it anyway. They seemed more focused on their social media advertising than they were on doing a good job on their customers' hair and on making sure they provided good customer service. They also made me late for an important appointment because, even though I had previously told them that I had a 3pm appointment elsewhere when I originally booked with them, they told me there would be no problem because I would be done by 1:30. When I wasn't done by 2pm, I asked if I should call and tell my 3pm that I would be late, and I was once again reassured that they were finishing up and I'd be on my way at 2:30 at the latest (the exact last minute i could leave and still make my other appointment on time.) Stephanie exceeded my expectations! I traveled there from Illinois to get my hair colored (Ash Blonde) and a relaxer on the same day. This is a specialized technique that the Stylist has been
trained in. I couldn't find a Stylist in my state that could perform this. I am so happy that I found Stephanie. The salon experience is top notch!!!! My hair is beautiful!

Amazing as always. Had a color refresh and cut with Stephanie. Good vibes only! Color poppin’! Nice and rich. Ended with restocking my Gorgeously Good Hair and Skin Butter made by hand with love by Stephanie. Every scent is beautiful. Love my time at the LivingRoom!
