Terrible. I decided that I wanted to take my vehicle here in order for it to get repaired. I walk into the office and I tell them that I'm looking to get an estimate done and that it's through insurance, and then the appraiser Tells me that he doesn't want to do the appraisal because he doesn't have an assignment. While I understand his perspective, the customer service revolving the situation was nowhere to be found. Instead of telling a customer that they could potentially be a waste of time you could very easily try to explain to them what it is that they need to do In order to win over their business. Highly recommend staying away from this place as most of these reviews are likely fake and nothing about the so called employees working behind the Counter seems friendly optimistic or Helpful in the slightest.

Haven't received my vehicle back set although it has been there for over ONE MONTH. They are still waiting for parts - so I can't rate them yet. ?

Brought my vehicle here twice and both times the repairs were sub par. First time for front end damage. They replaced my headlight and didn’t use a matching bulb so now I have 1 white headlight bulb and 1 yellow. Didn’t level the headlight so one shoots a foot higher than the other and blinds anyone who’s driving in front of me. Also didn’t repair a dent in the hood from the accident. Second time bringing it in there was a foot long paint drip that required me to bring my vehicle in to be repainted a second time. Poor attention to detail.Services: Body & Trim

I asked a friend where I should take my truck to get repaired from a minor accident. He recommended I go to Vince at Suburban. Simply put … I have NEVER experienced better service or quality in my life! I don’t write reviews, but I had to make an exception this time.
