My lease was up; over in miles and I was “stressed!” I returned to Tom Gaynor and he took care of EVERYTHING! My entire experience was exceptional. The financial manager at the dealership was quick which added to my seamless transition into my 2nd “Encore GX!” LOVE this car!

Customer-friendly, reliable, stress-free, convenient... all best describe our family's experience with our sales rep Tom Gaynor and the the good folks at Suburban Buick GMC in Ferndale. This is our fourth lease with GMC, two times we have driven an Acadia, and we recently have moved into our second Enclave. Each time our lease is up, we shop for the best vehicle that meets the needs of our family (space and price). We continue doing business with Tom and now Les Stanford because they work to keep us satisfied with quality and price. Tom especially is diligent, detail-oriented, and is by far, the best auto sales rep we have ever encountered.

My service experience with a service advisor Ymari was excellent. They repaired my moonroof, washed my car, and Ymari always kept me updated with timing and was very efficient and friendly. Hard to come by these days in any service industry. I very much appreciated his great service.

Traded in 2 vehicles and bought a 2019 terrain with 56k miles here a few months ago.
Picked up the car dirty and not washed.
Still have not been paid for one of the trade ins, I have called and left messages on the General Managers phone a few times with no response.
The terrain was supposed to be a family car for my girlfriend and kids. I have put around 3000 miles on the car and on our first family trip in this vehicle, we were left stranded because the car would not go into park, and the e brake came on automatically, and because of this the car wouldn’t fully shut off and the battery died.
After a $430 tow bill to the closest dealership which was not close, almost $1500 in repairs (GM warranty covered 80%), just for the gears to now be slipping in the transmission.
Zero communication from management, they stole one of my vehicles, and sold me a car that is not running properly. Zero stars if I could.
Hopefully GM Customer Care treats me better.

I walked into the parking lot, saw a car I liked and young Matt was about to go to lunch. He took the time to say hello to me, talk about the car then work with his manager Jason. An hour later he had a sale and I’m happily driving a car I’d been looking for all year!

Had a vehicle lined up to get talked to the sales man drove 2 hours just to fined out they sold it 10 minutes before I got there.
