Alex is the most incredible pharmacist in the universe. She is so caring, professional and sincere. Her memory and attention to detail is second to none . She is the employee every company wants. If corporate reads these reviews, give her a bonus and do everything you can to keep her happy.

This is a well-kept, convenient and customer friendly store. They are better stocked than most. The employees are friendly and helpful. Had they not been out of zinc tablets, I would have given them five stars.

The young lady Domenique helped me find my vitamins that I was looking for and also told me if I signed up for Riteaid discount card I would get my vitamins for buy one get one free and if I spent $50 dollars I would get $15 dollars bonus cash back that just a great deal for now on I'm making riteaid my go to store and the store was very clean and everyone was very nice and polite

I live down the street from a CVS but i always come to the riteaid in Ferndale. Everytime I stop by this store everyone is so nice and helpful.

Went in store with sister to pick up prescription. Pharmacist says prescription was already given a month ago for a 90 day supply but my sister did not have any of the particular pill left, somewhere there was a mix-up the pharmacist was very rude and inturn told my sister you don't have to come back to this store if you don't want to. Very rude and unhelpful in figuring out what may have happened.

I visited your store on Sunday morning and it was a young lady that was at the register and she was so polite and kind it was some items that I couldn't find and she was nice enough to come from behind the counter and help me I just really appreciated her help Domenique is a really great asset to your store and company that's why I gave your store five stars ? ? ? ? ?
