Just had an encounter with an INCREDIBLY rude delivery driver with your company on 8 mile and MacArthur who was upset because I didn’t run the stop sign on 8 mile and MacArthur… After I waited on traffic to clear he then tried to run me off the road. I immediately pulled over and googled your company because I cant imagine anyone would want someone driving their company vehicles so carelessly… Furthermore had he hit my car with my children OR successfully ran me off the road … I am well equip to sue and I would have…My encounter was with a balding man, African American, possibly in his early to late 40’s, but looked about 56, he obviously has mommy issues.I wouldn’t buy a valve stem from you guys with employees like him.

This review is for Semi Truck drivers coming here for deliveries. 1. Only two docks for PU/Deliveries. 2. They unload tires one by one with hands so it’s gonna take a while to unload the full trailer.3. If there’s already a truck ahead of you be prepared to spend majority of your shift on these docks. 4. Not enough room to back up on the docks. Tight spot. Need to back up from the street (Wanda St). 5. If you’re turning from 9 MILE RD to WANDA ST. the docks will be on your right hand side and due to very tight spot it’s very difficult to do the blind back. So from 9 MILE RD the right way to come here is to take FARROW ST, From FARROW turn left on ACADEMY ST,From ACADEMY again left on WANDA ST,And RHD will be the first docks on your left. Thank You !!

I came in yesterday since I had great service from my prior experience with them and I was not impressed with the customer service. After the first girl pushing me off to the next, Cassie served me. She was very polite and helpful. I shared with her that I had a nail in my tire but wanted to buy 2 new ones. They no longer carried the brand I had so she found me 2 that were similar in price and quality but they could schedule the install for the next day since the tires had to be brought in. I was hesitant but happy to accommodate since I was doing what I had to do to get new tires. The warehouse manager on walkie didnt seem like he wanted to install my tires because they don't usually install for customers (new to me?) and 2pm wasn't convenient for him. The next day arrives and I rush to leave work only to find out upon arrival that there was no one to install my tires. She also said she wasn't sure when he would be back in. This is why you get all information from your customer; to communicate when things happen. 2 stars since Cassie was nice but the overall experience and lack of communication and the unfriendly warehouse manager on walkie is why you dont have 5 stars.

Quoted 50 to remove 2 tires from rims, and put one a rim. Only cost 15 at Cox and Winfree. 50 for about 10 minutes of work is ridiculous.
