Decided to get a pedicure for the holiday weekend. Spent a lot of time looking at my options, wanting to make sure it would be worth the money, and finally settled on Queen's. The one positive is that they could fit me in right away. However, from the start, things started going down hill. My nail technician seemed like he didn't do it often, he was nice, but had no knowledge of ingrown toe nails, he was unfortunately very slow (my pedicure took 1.5 hours!), I mentioned at the beginning that it had been awhile and my feet needed scrub a lot, but I had to ask him more than once to do it more/better.. and after all that, as soon as i got home the nail polish on 3 of my nails completely PEELED off! The nail polish did not seem old, but he did not put a top/sealer on (I didn't register this until too late), so I assume that's why it happened. I do not have a photo because I had to quickly repaint my nails so I could get to my event. I don't get my nails done too often, so maybe $35 is a very normal price to pay to others, but not to me. Very disappointed this is how it turned out. Sadly won't be returning here, which is unfortunate because it was located very close to my house.

Wonderful experience at Queen's Nails! Exceptionally quick service for a walk in, received a beautiful manicure, and the staff is so nice. I will definitely be returning!

Suong does a wonderful job, I showed her a photo from Pinterest I liked and she pulled colors (and mixed to get the right shade of green) etc did it all and was happy to accommodate how short I wanted my acrylic set. She even did a test nail to make sure it was short enough ❤️
Requested style: I requested a dark green french tip with some gold stars I had found on Pinterest and she did a great job!

First let me start off by saying it’s a reason why they’re not busy OK if I could’ve given the -5000 I would my 16-year-old daughter goes in there to get her nails done and they start popping off within a few days and then you call Tammy and Tammy tells you well I warned you guys and I’m like what does that mean when you guys are asking for 50$, 60$ $75 to get nails done do not go here. The quality of the service is terrible. Your nails will begin to pop off like the ladies on Bebe’s kids when they went to the bathroom XYZ not quality service do not go here.

IT HASNET EVEN BEEN A WEEK AND ALL MY NAILS HAVE FALLEN OFF BUT THE THUMBS PAID $55 FOR THEM TO LAST 6 DAYS!? MY PRESS ONS STAY ON LONGER THAN THIS. GLAD I DID NOT PAY THE EXTRA RIDICULOUS PRICE OF $15 FOR A FRENCH TIP. DO NOT RECOMMEND! ⚠️BEWARE⚠️

Me and my friend got our nails done same day got her wedding, her nails were done by Sarah and look amazing, my nails were done by another lady, I believe her name was Tammy, but overall my nails are thicker on some nails and thinner on others, my gel polish is see through in some areas, the glitter on my French tips is sloppy and not clean, I paid 75$ before tipping 25% and still feel like my nails aren't worth the money I paid..... the lady got mad when I wanted shorter nails so I felt bad asking for them to be shortened again, so now due to me not being comfortable asking my nail tech for what I wanted I have super choppy longer nails then I wanted... it's super hard to do my job when the thickness of my nails are different on every finger with chunks of the products on the back of my nail

Bad experience. They were verbal about not wanting to do my nails. After that I didn’t feel welcomed. Plus my nails chipped the next day. The following week my toe nail was ingrown with a bacteria issue. My doctor said it had to have been from the nail salon. They don’t use new tools on each client. I won’t be back. It’s just not worth risking my health.

I have been going here for about 7 years. I have always had a pleasant experience! I usually only get pedis, but today o got a mani was well. Tammy was amazing! I have been going here for a while so I was saddened by what happened. Had a pedicure and manicure for an event. I use gel for durability. The next day 3 of my nails chipped and I noticed 3 others were bubbled. I went back. No problem to re do. Great. So I told him the color was 612. I see he is using 611 and says its the same. Being in a hurry I went for it. Nope wrong color and it peeled off. By by queen nails. Gave you a chance.

I called first and was told to come in that they had no customers. Arrived literally 3 minutes later, and 3 customers and 3 techs. I asked how long for the wait and they said a couple of minutes. They soaked my feet for 40 minutes. The guy finally came over , horrible pedicure, no massage. He said I had to pay $10 extra for a massage with a price already at $28. The guy was rough, spoke to me unkind. This place should be closed.Service: Pedicure

I ask for a soak off. She said she can get off without soaking, ok. She broke my nail and gave me the wrong mood change colorAlso asked for color change on my feet. I can see the color before on my toenails through the new polish. I AM NOT GOING BACK THERE.Services: Dip powder

Went to Queens for the first time a couple weeks ago. I had a break at work and they are right down the street. They were able to take me right away, did an awesome job on my nails. They were fast and the price was very reasonable. Not the fanciest place I've ever been, but I was clean and friendly.
