I started coming here mostly out of convenience because it is close enough to my house to walk back home while they work on my truck. I have been coming back for the professionalism and fair prices. Both my sisters have moved close and started using this business as well for all their car repair needs.

My wife and I have been taking our cars here since we moved to ferndale, and we won’t take them anywhere else as long as we live here.
Great service, reasonable prices, and very friendly staff. Couldn’t recommend Northeast Auto more!

Called several other mechanics all said theyd have to special order parts and would cost sever hundred dollars. They found parts and did the job same day and was less than 100. They did a great job at the cheapest price and the fastest

Very reasonable and efficient. Did not feel patronized or talked down to being a women not familiar with the ins and outs of cars. Have been back twice both with great experiences. This will definitely be my go to place to get my car serviced.

If you are looking for a replacement for J&D Auto like many of us in Ferndale, look no further than Northeast Auto Services. This is an incredibly honest establishment, that will discuss with you in great detail, what exactly the is issue with your vehicle. I took my car here this week for what I thought was replacing rear brakes, an oil change, and a check engine light. They did an incredibly thorough check on my car and informed me that I did not in fact need rear brakes even though a previous establishment stated I did. They found out what was causing my engine light and called and discussed everything with me before proceeding. It is an amazingly honest and thorough place that I recommend wholeheartedly.

These guys are absolutely awesome. They found issues that other places missed, and then came to help me when I was stranded. The owner is such a nice guy and I trust them completely. Definitely recommend.

Can’t say enough good things about this place! Called on a Monday, dropped off my car on Tuesday afternoon, and it was ready for pick up by Thursday afternoon! Not only were they quick and efficient but they were also fair. They gave me an overview of all the issues I was having but understanding that doing everything at once is not always possible, they advised me on what absolutely needed to be done for my safety and what could wait until a later time, which I appreciate so much because money is TIGHT right now which I know we can all relate too. I didn’t feel pressured to fix anything I could not afford at the time and felt like what they were recommending was what was best! I communicated with Mike while my car was here and he was friendly, honest, and knowledgeable, I really appreciated his help! Will be back soon to fix a few more things, thanks again!

Honest company! Brett told me exactly what I needed and followed through. He didn't replace anything I didn't need! (I had my clutch replaced.) He tried to save me money as well, practically unheard-of! We have new, trustworthy place for our vehicles! ??

Have been going here for a year and a half. They are always professional, quick, and reasonably priced. I'm always worried about being overcharged at other places, and they have never tried to take advantage of me. Fully recommend.
