It’s rare that I’m blown away by someone’s customer service…this location managed to do that. They made a minor mistake on my order, I called to ask if they could just refund me for the missing item, they insisted on delivering it to me free of charge. Jamie was so spectacular to offer to go out of her way to do this, it was above and beyond. Thanks for making my day, for the excellent sandwiches we ordered and for being awesome!

I love walking into a clean restaurant and this one definitely was, and the bathrooms too. I got the Club Tuna, pickle, chips, and a drink. My sub was so good and fresh!! It didn’t last long haha.The girl who took my order was really nice and that’s what set the vibe for me honestly. Thanks Myasia!!

They're ALWAYS Freaky Fast (literally)! The subs are always great! The potato salad is delicious too!Vegetarian options: Veggie sub Is filling and the bread is yummy!

mistakingly ordered extra sauce...DONT DO THIS unless you want to go swimming and drown in it....bread was soggy wet falling apart... was paper was soaked to the outside about to also fall apart...Im surprised it didn't fall out of the bag on the way here.. must have been close call.luckily the delivery driver doesn't smell like jimmy sauce, like i do now... even after paying $25 to pick out the meat and feed it to my dog.. then clean up my countertop and wash my hands 3 times (still smell like sauce)i guess im lucky i lost my appetite though i guess because im on a budget.

Jimmy John's delivery sucks. I called from LITERALLY ONE MILE AWAY in Hunting Woods, the nicest part around this area, to the Royal Oak store, halfway through order they tell me I have to to Ferndale store 1.9 miles away.. who then take my order only to call me back and say they don't deliver there and had to void my order...so basically Jimmy John's only delivers to line of sight? ridiculous

AVOID THIS LOCATION--- GOTO ROYAL OAK instead.Crystal is the Ferndale manager who was the nastiest manager I've ever encountered. She gave no options for an $85 order prepared on the wrong day from what I believed to have submitted it for. Instead of addressing what was clearly an honest mistake, she told me it was not her problem and that I must place and pay for the order again for the correct day because she would not account for an $85 order. I filed a complaint with corporate but got no response from the franchise owner, as I was told would happen within 24 hours. I did, however, get a phone call from the store on the day and time I originally needed to be picking up the order that the manager had changed her mind and remade my order. However, I was already at my event with replacement of the food from another business, so I declined the order. It would have been more appropriate if they had provided me with advance notice that the order was being fulfilled.All this after years of them screwing up my orders regularly. I swear, with just my business alone, this store has wasted more product due to employees not paying attention to customer order details is ridiculous.

Politely asked if I could take a cup for water. Girl said yes. I did not order a combo as I don't drink any soda. As I'm filling the cup with water, I am stunned by the resistance. Two or 3 workers out of the 6 yelling that the cup is for combo meals, And that cup cost money! I'm trying to understand the drama. As I reiterate, that I had just asked the girl if I could have the cup for water. She said she did not hear me say water. So I didn't know what to say. So I offered to pay for it, or give it back to them. They all were telling me to calm down. I was fine, they were all being rude as F. Bottom line is that cup was probably 3 cents or less. Anyway I proceeded to eat my sub and chips, all the while getting stink eye. Needless to say I am not going back to JJ so that's that.

On all four sandwiches bread was HARD, never had that before from a JJ was disappointed, usually the bread makes sandwich.

TRASH! Complete trash experience. Ordered a tuna club sub and gave me such little meat and toppings that it felt like I just paid $10 for a shitty loaf of bread. Was supposed to be double meat and cheese and was less than one serving. I give them 10 thumbs down Won't return.

Not sure why they respond to google reviews with an automated message telling you to submit your problem to their website where they still never respond. But never have good experiences from this location. Todays fun adventure was getting expired chips. Lmfao what a joke of a place this is. Won't be ordering from jimmy John's any more. Maybe subway will have a come back in 2023 ?♂️ also just a tip you should try cooking your bacon before putting it on a sub.
