All of the staff are always so kind and helpful. Our cat was recently diagnosed with diabetes and Dr. Betsy and the whole team has been absolutely wonderful throughout the whole process. Our cat, Louie, gets really scared and upset for his appts but everyone is so patient and kind to him - they try to make Louie as comfortable as possible. We are so appreciative of this clinic!!

My 5 year old husky had built up plaque and tartar on his teeth, requiring an extraction of 3 of them. Sara, Dawn, doctor Betsy, and the rest of the team behind the scenes that I didn’t get to directly interact with, have my utmost gratitude and appreciation for taking care of my dog while he went under anesthesia for the procedure. The communication from this team while they balance care for other animals is superb. Thank you so much.

A little bit run down, small, and hard to find parking, but vet techs were nice enough and honest/up front about pricing and necessary procedures. My cat sadly had a reaction to a vaccine :( but they took her back the same day and administered the needed follow up shots for free. Thanks!

Had a consultation with them on Friday for a procedure that was to be done on my cat Monday. Paid $120 for that consultation only for them to text me Monday morning that they would be closed indefinitely due to internal theft at their clinic.

We have returned!
Hilton was my 1st Ferndale Vet and I can truly say the best vet experience in Ferndale.
We met out new provider, a really nice guy who was very kind and nice to both our dogs.
The pups received all the treats and all the love and we're in heaven.
Exam was very thorough, felt like all my questions were answered and overall a very smooth process.

Had a great first visit today! The front desk and support staff were all kind and helpful. Dr Betsey is amazing. She is honest, knowledgeable, and a very earnest person.

Needed to get my dogs established at a new vet as I recently moved. I had issues with every step of the visit. The front desk didn’t take my information down correctly or book for both of my dogs, and also was not friendly. None of the employees interacting with my dogs were interested in taking down their medications or learning about their chronic health conditions- pretty critical for continuing their care. When they gave my senior her vaccines, they made her fall and bleed. I think if they had taken the time to understand her health conditions they may not have decided to vaccinate her in that location. Overall it felt very rushed and subpar, certainly not the type of care we’re used to receiving or would like to continue to receive in the future. It was also pretty expensive compared to my other vet, which I can’t justify for the care we received. I cannot recommend this clinic.

All the staff have been really nice and friendly! Small cozy office, quick and thorough too. It’s clear all the staff love animals and treated my cat Ryder so well. Thank you!
