I just want to say that the customer service is above and beyond? The owner is the best and she really care about her brand. My package said it was running late I contacted the owner and she called to check on it. I received my package same day. Now on to the bundles, this is the best hair I’ve ever had!! The last time I ordered this hair I bleached it and used it after bleaching it for over a year!!! If you want quality bundles that doesn’t shed this is the hair you want! Don’t think twice just buy!

I have been a client and customer of HairMisses for many years now. I love everything from the way Kia styles my sew-ins and styles my wig units to the HairMisses flat irons and her bundles.As far as her hair products, my bundles and wigs has always lasted at least a year as long as I follow her instructions on maintenance. The hair doesn’t tangle, have any odors, and easy to manage. If you are considering purchasing, check her out.

First, I do want to point out that my daughter was satisfied with the bundles and closure that I ordered. But unfortunately, she didn’t get to wear it due to the shipping, which was the issue for me!Now granted, when I reached out, she responded same day. I did appreciated that, and I did select the 7-10 business day ship option as well, but with my purchase being ordered on the 5th of March, it makes no since that I just received the items this afternoon ( March 27th)!Even with the shipping, I still should’ve received my order way before today! This delay cost me more money in the long run because I had to ultimately buy more hair so my daughter wouldn’t miss her hair appointment that was this past Saturday (3/25)!That appointment was the whole reason why I purchased the hair in the first place! As well as ordering it as early as I did in the month to ensure it would be here! I truly feel if I hadn’t contacted her via email (a couple times) to get answers, I still would’ve been waiting for a shipping update!I will not tell anyone what to do or how to spend their money. I’m only sharing my experience and my frustrations! I tried to support Kia, but due to my experience, this was my first & last time ordering from Hair Misses!** & just so there’s no confusion ( in case you respond) … this acct. was made years ago under my maiden name, but I’m sure you can match the review and my order info. up by my first name.Service: Hair extensions

I ordered hair from this company in May 2022, loved the hair once it was finally received. The communication was less than I expected. But I’m a Detroit girl and I’m always rooting for my home team. I recently placed an order on 1/19/23 to date I have not received an order confirmation, despite multiple online chats via their website and two voicemail messages to their number listed on their website. I wish they had a better system of communicating with customers. The product is great, but the level of communication and professionalism is lacking. If you have an important event I would not use this company. I called Kia the owner about purchasing a wig and getting it customized and installed for my vow renewal. I let her know how important this day was for me and how I needed the wig and for it to installed by a certain date because my vow renewal was going to take place in Hawaii. She reassured me everything would be fine. She told me to purchase my wig online and she'll see me in-store with my wig for install on my appointment. Well the day of my appointment (the day before my trip)She called me notifying me that the wig was still in China and that she could give me a ponytail. What!? First of all I was under the understanding she makes her own wigs. She knew days in advance the wig wasn't coming, yet she willing chose to make me aware the day of my appointment. This put me under tremendous stress as my flight was leaving the next day. I asked her for a refund so I could purchase a wig elsewhere, she stated, "I don't usually give refunds, but I'll call you back and let you know." She never contacted me back. I texted her she never responded. Thank God I placed my order through PayPal, I was able to dispute the charge. Even with disputing the charge through PayPal she waited until the last minute to refund me.Purchase at your own RISK! This company and owner is very unprofessional and don't care about her clients. The fact that she was so nonchalant about my situation shows me that she don't really care.Services: Hair extensions

This was my first time purchasing hair from here about a month ago, and I have to say........ I LOVE THIS HAIR!!! I bought the 2 16 inches with a lace closure body wave the customer service was excellent and the hair is the best I have ever purchased!!! I have straightened it and it’s still soft and healthy. There is absolutely no shedding at all. My new go to place to buy my bundles!!!

Hassle getting the closure and closure already had a part. Shipping was a hassle and owner said she was going to refund shipping and this is the second time having to hassle with shipping and never did until I had to follow up for it and reminded her. Not worth the hassle and very un professional. Will go someplace else. Disappointed. Owner was not helpful at all.
