Love love love Ferndale Family Pharmacy. I switched over from CVS and wish I would have much sooner. The staff is super friendly and nice and always accommodating. It's super clean inside and they have a good assortment of natural over-the-counter medicines for when I had a cold. OTC vitamins are a great price here too.

I can’t say enough good things about these guys. I wish I would have switched over from my chain pharmacy years ago. They are SO friendly and patient and responsive and clear in communication. I am so thankful for all of them.

Very clean and Organized. You get greeted upon arrival. Leave and have items on their shelf for natural youse in which other pharmacies do not. The staff are very respectful thorough an attentive. I absolutely love this Pharmacy thank you for the respectful home like welcoming that you've given me.

Nice shopping environment with helpful staff. Prices are generally cheaper than other pharmacies. I enjoy coming in as I am always welcomed by them., and my needs are always exceeded. The pharmacy often has value buys and promotions! Would recommend popping by if in the area.

After cycling through all the chain pharmacies and striking out along the way, I finally found Ferndale Family Pharmacy! They are absolutely fantastic! They are quick with filling any prescriptions. They are very accurate in their communication. And their pricing is top notch! 5 Stars and a happy customer! Thank you so much for being an amazing pharmacy!

Best pharmacy I have ever been to by every possible metric, and the only one I will ever use if it is ever my call to make. From the first interaction I ever had with them, I have been treated with nothing but attentive, individualized kindness and respect. I know that doesn't sound that special, but it's just... different here.There's no labyrinthian phone systems or web portals to navigate, just a phone that goes directly to the pharmacists that genuinely do pay attention and get to know you personally. On top of that, despite not having the economics of scale of larger pharmacies, they seem to have a diverse network of suppliers they leverage to match or beat the prices of the big guys. The retail/pharmacy space itself is also one of the brightest, most modern, clean brick and mortars of any kind that I think I've ever been to.It just feels like it must be extremely clear to anyone paying attention that the folks running this place care deeply about what they do, and about doing it well. If you're able to use this pharmacy, I can't recommend it highly enough.

I would gladly give the Ferndale Family Pharmacy ten gold stars if that option was made available. The gentlemen at the pharmacy are polite, helpful and patient with all questions and concerns. Please do yourself a favor and switch your prescriptions to FFP and lend your support to this extraordinary, independent Ferndale business.Check out their site and see all that they have to offer to the community. I sincerely doubt that you will be disappointed. You can always go across the street to get your pretzels and beer. Go to FFP for your prescriptions, a fine variety of OTC items, a unique selection of gift and personal merchandise and the highest quality of service available anywhere!

It sounds like I'm in good company - my kids' pediatrician called antibiotics in to a chain pharmacy & they didn't have any and didn't know when they would have any. Ferndale pharmacy had it, filled it, gave me directions, took care of my family. We are sold! Love the service!
