Parts didn't even make it 2 years warranty claim is a joke sense you have to pay shipping not I understand why people talk poorly of this company

Ordered a part on 10/21, shipping label was created on 10/22. Never received the part. After 2 weeks of trying to get updates, refund was issued with no communication on 11/8, even though the part still shows available online. First and last experience with this company.
