First time using this pharmacy and it's a total mess. I was picking up 2 prescriptions and the price seemed high. I asked the clerk if my insurance was used and she replied "I think" while not caring to try and answer my question. There was another girl next to me trying to get answers about her prescriptions as well and they were more unhelpful in answering her questions. I can't imagine how many other customers have problems daily if there were 2 of us at the same time. I'll be moving my scripts to another pharmacy.

Almost none of their products are priced, or priced correctly. You have no idea what you’re paying until they ring it up. Ghetto drugstore in a nice suburban city.

2 Years Update: this store is still filthy outside & in, they need new Managers. Let manager on duty that the parking lot is covered in trash.
She said afternoon mgr will need to take care of it.
Customers sure are littering at this location!!!

I recently had an outstanding experience at my local CVS pharmacy, thanks to the exceptional service provided by China. Her dedication and commitment to customer satisfaction truly set her apart as an invaluable asset to the pharmacy team.
During my visit, China went above and beyond to assist me with lowering the cost of my prescription by utilizing coupons and ensuring that I received a discounted rate. Not only did she take the time to apply these savings, but she also demonstrated a high level of attention to detail in handling my prescriptions.
What truly impressed me was China's caring and compassionate approach towards her work. She not only treated me as a valued customer but also as a person whose well-being she genuinely cared about. Her willingness to go the extra mile to ensure that I received the best service possible did not go unnoticed.
In my opinion, China's exceptional customer service skills, attention to detail, and genuine care for customers make her a standout employee at CVS. Her dedication to her role is commendable, and I believe that she deserves recognition for her hard work.
I wholeheartedly recommend China for a raise, as her contributions to the pharmacy and CVS as a whole are undoubtedly deserving of acknowledgment. Thank you, China, for your outstanding service and for making my experience at CVS pharmacy a truly positive one.

Arrived 5 min before close, and upon seeing the cost I asked to use coupons, the lady behind the counter said you can't use both insurance and coupons (who doesn't know that??) to which I said, but I can use either or,correct. The lady responded yes but we don't have time for that tonight. So I left in pain without my meds to come back and pick up tomorrow.

Service is no longer personalized. My doctor called Rx's in twice only to have the pharmacy computer notify me that they had the med on back order. Because the system is totally computer operated, I never received my medication because my doctor was never notified to select an alternate medication. Sad.

The 24 hour store on 9 Mile had excellent service. I was greeted all through the store. The clerk (gentleman) was very attentive and helpful.
