Kody and his assistant arrived on time.
The roof vent clog diagnosis was quickly confirmed.
The process to clear the obstruction took approximately 45 minutes. Kody provided a suggestion to prevent further similar difficulties.
Cost for the service was as initially discussed.

Thank you for the prompt response to my emergency situation. Matthew came to the house and found the gas leaks in the basement. He told me everything that needed to be done and returned the next day, because of the magnitude of the job. It was an all day to evening job!! Everything that was explained was taken care of from beginning to end.
The inconvenience was worth it.

I needed a new drain valve for my hot water heater. The Plumber was on time, and replaced the old spigot (which required a screwdriver to operate) with a new one, that uses a handle. All is well so far.
